At Club Gold Casino we’ve got you covered with
100% Insurance on your bets all Weekend!

and I also got my money back on Monday.
This was 86 euros and I played 50 times my wagering free, and win 750 euro and I did whitdraw 650 euros.
The last time I won I had to wait a month for my money, but now she did not pay because I played games that are not allowed.
They were the same slot games I had played the weekend.
And nowhere on their site I saw that I had limitations except the 50 times wagering. Their excuse was that it had been in a popup. But that was a lie. Rules on bonuses are for anyone to stand on their homepage. I got my money and there is nothing to change. But I want the future customers of Club Gold warn that they have a lot of bonuses, but always find an excuse not to pay.
Club Gold are crooks, very friendly if you deposit only briefly as they have to pay. You as a customer not have a leg to stand on

Sorry for my bad english, i am Dutch

Casinos that offer something ridiculous like 100% back on all your losses every weekend are bound to have some crafty rules to make the offer far less valuable than it looks. Hiding critical rules in a pop-up that is only available once to a player (if it works), and cannot be consulted ever again whilst playing the offer is predatory.

Many players are in the middle of a session, and may not read a pop-up anyway, but just close it as quickly as possible so that they can get on with what they were doing. Excluding slots is even more predatory, especially when they were the same ones that were INcluded in the qualification play over the weekend.

The fact that they made you wait a month for your money when you DIDN'T trip up on the rules is pretty revealing - cashflow issues. Predatory and obscurely located rules are another method for keeping cash in the company. If no players got tripped up by these rules, they would have to come up with other methods to make the offers harder to beat.

Gawd, I'm starting to really lose trust in online casino's from what I have read just today :(

This is why you need sites like this. You can find the few decent casinos out of the thousands that infect the internet with their offers and fake reviews. Many of the sites that give dodgy casinos glowing reviews are not objective, but are paid by the casinos to make them look good.

Check the rogue pit here, and then any site that has a collection of the pit members on it's "highly rated" list can be dismissed as a reliable source of information.

You also can not see how far you are with the wagering, so I certainly I ask 5 times in chat or my wagering 50 times is done. Also there sucks a lot, because I got very different results in the chat. But never mind over the wagering. This a other problem. In the chat they also tell me not that I was wrong in playing the slots. The popup I have read and there was only a link to the homepage of club gold with all rules of wagering, but not that you are not allowed to play in the same slots as the weekend. And be sure their bonuses excellent and unmatchable by other casinos. But if they do not pay, they can be much larger bonuses give.
And believe me I am not alone by ClubGolg is highlighted. Because I'm robbed of 650 Euros.

I have so many mails sends and lots of chat that I no longer want the stress experience.
I do this mainly to warn others who joyfully sit tight with money won and that did not get.
More we can not, because they are in Curacoa and I in the Netherlands. They sit safely on their winnings and us left with anger and stress. 50 times the wagering outplayed for nothing.

No need to scare newbies away from online gaming.

There are many great casinos out there. Some are accredited, some are not. I think that most players never will have any major problems with casinos, so I can not share your negative attitude towards online gaming in general (I am not talking about Club Gold here as I have no experience with them).

Although I agree with you that it is great for players to have a a site like Casinomeister, by far the best casino forum/site online.

I have been playing online for many many years. Never had my winnings confiscated etc. There are many of us.

You have become too anti-casino VWM :D

Anti rogue. Of the thousands available, why are so few accredited? If they all strived for excelence, the accredited list would be long, and the rogue pit small. We would not have casinos using trickery to create situations where players fell foul of the terms and conditions, and terms would be so clear, and the software so player oriented, that breaking terms related to play would be impossible without a very determined attempt to circumvent the software's natural inclination to help players avoid the traps. We would also not see these ridiculous 1000%+ bonuses and 100% cashbacks on losses.

We need fewer and better casinos, not a bewildering choice between thousands.

The smart players can navigate this minefield, so of course many have not had winnings confiscated because they have known the difference between a genuine offer and some scammy bullshit promise that has come from a dodgy affiliate or their site. Many players seem to be tricked by a spam mailing that they take to be a genuine offer from the casino. The spammer goes to considerable lengths to hide the true nature of the offer, such as diverting the sign-up to go through a fake landing page with no terms and conditions available to view before signing up and taking the offer. Some casinos are also extremely lax at policing their affiliates, and then blame the player for taking what the casino's own marketing program has generated as an honest representation of the deal on offer. No laxity when policing PLAYERS though, no slap on the wrist for the first serious breach like affiliates that get caught spamming often get, players get the confiscation for a first offence, even a minor one such as playing the "wrong slot" with a slots bonus. How about an affiliate getting the same treatment for spamming the "wrong email address" when "playing" a marketing target bonus from the affiliate program.

I keep seeing this bullshit all the time:-

1) Affiliate gets caught spamming - excuse "I bought the list off a third party, and I was told it was opt in and OK to use" - Program "OK, you are not to blame, just be aware that this can be a problem".

2) Player plays wrong slot - excuse "I got the offer by email, and it looked like a personal invite from you, having my name and email address quoted, and it just said slots, and I played slots" - Casino "tough, winnings confiscated, you should not rely on anything you receive via email, not even from our own CS, it is the terms that matter, and you broke them".

It really is a very simple situation.

Before you are awarded a bonus, a popup appears with a link to the specific terms of that bonus, along with an "ACCEPT" and "DECLINE" button. I'm fairly sure it also says something about "by clicking accept you confirm you have read the terms etc".

It appears you just clicked it assuming that the terms were the same as the last bonus, even though they were different promotions......which was careless on your part. The casino should not have to make exceptions just because you couldn't be bothered reading the terms as you said you did by clicking "accept". Your mistake.......you accept the consequences. If the overwhelming majority of players can take an extra few minutes to make sure they KNOW what they're agreeing to, then so can you.

IMO, it is time to stop calling them crooks and writing songs accusing them of fraud and accept the consequences of your actions.

The casino didn't rob you of €650. You robbed yourself.

I have just found this promo on their website, and read the full set of terms. This is not easy as it is spread over 3 different sections. However, the wagering table does NOT show ANY games weighted at 0%, which would make them ineligible. Most slots count 100%, but other games count as little as 10%. The ONLY time a game does not count, despite being listed and weighted, is where blackjack is "autoplayed", which must be something new with Playtech, I have only seen this in MGS.

I can't see how the OP could have broken any terms by playing the same slots, but he COULD have broken them by playing Blackjack on "automated play".

This insurance is still pretty good, bordering on too good to be true, especially as Blackjack can be played albeit with a low weighting. 100% of losses back, and have a go on Blackjack with the biggest bets allowed, hoping to win a few hands on the trot, then over to the slots for a long grind.

Since the terms for this promotion are on the website, it is not a "special", but something general that runs every weekend. The popup should simply carry a reminder of these terms. If the terms differ, the casino is at fault by having failed to ensure the correct terms are posted on the website, or at least the incorrect terms removed to avoid confusion.

Relying on popups is bad practice in any case, as they don't always display. I have used Playtech in the past, and the popups do not always work properly, and it has been necessary to refer to the website for any necessary reading of the terms. I also found that Playtech software would regularly freeze, and have to be closed by task manager. This problem was even worse than Microgaming, and did serve to put me off the software.

If I can't trust the terms I see on the website of this casino, and this tale suggests that they are wrong, I cannot trust this casino because ANY of the information may be wrong, yet it is the player that suffers for not realising this. I prefer to play where I can read the terms, and trust that those are the terms that apply, and that I can review them at will if anything makes me suspect things have changed.

Oh dear....it's the "poor player" routine again. :(

As I said, the terms are in the popup (well the link is anyway). I don't think I've experienced a time when the link/popup does not work properly, but let's assume that in this case it did not. The promotional terms on the page, as you correctly state, only prohibit autoplay blackjack. All other games are weighted. The terms also clearly state that they must be read in conjunction with the general terms, and the link to those is provided twice within those promotion-specific terms for the 100% insurance.

The general terms state that a higher wagering requirement applies to progressive slots, however it does not state anywhere that they are prohibited.

The OP stated that the casino told him he has played a "game that was not allowed", yet he claims to have played "the same slots as he did on the weekend". He did not state that he ONLY played slots, which means he COULD have played auto BJ, in which case his winnings would be voided and the casino is correct.

So, either the OP is omitting relevant facts, or the casino has made an error. It is important to note that the general terms say if ANY term is broken (and withdrawing before the higher WR is met would be considered such) then all winnings can be confiscated, so it's still possible that is what happened.

What we need here is either a) a response from Carmel, or b) a PAB from the OP. Until either of these occur, we are relying solely on the word of a pissed off player, which in my experience is not a great idea. I'm surprised others who have been around a long time don't realize this, or at least acknowledge it rather than believe every word a complainant says.

I thought about contributing to this thread last week, but I didn't, since i didn't want to be seen as a shill for the casino. I've already posted enough positive experience with them.

I've now posted a pretty positve experience from this weekend, at least I still hope it proves a positive experience.

There are terms under promotions for the insurance bonus, and on the website. Pretty much any play qualifies you for it if you lose. But the pop up for the weekend insurance prior to this weekend to the best of my knowledge was clear about what play was or was not allowed if you lost. It was not that clear about what terms where on the insurance, just that you could see the details under Promotions.

It has been clear when you accepted the bonus, before you clicked accept. You might need to use the scroll bar to read all of it, but the terms have been on the website for the three months I've played there.

This complaint surfaced recently, and I noticed yesterday that there was more detail under the We've got you Covered bonus offer, with quite clear links to what terms the enticement to deposit entailed. I've had quite a few insurance bonuses, non of which I've cashed out on, but all of which I understood, and even before my first weekend deposit were available both under promo tab and on the website.

This is not the first time I've seen Club Gold try to be clearer with players.

Whatever their reasoning for excluding certain slots from certain promos, I've never found them to be hidden. Support has been pretty pro-active with me making sure I realize terms.

Terms have change some in the short time I've played with them. No matter what the casino is, or how many times you have taken a certain bonus, you need to reed the terms.

I've found Club Gold's support team to be excellent, if a player doesn't understand something, I think they try very hard to make sure they do understand.

But you need to ask, not just click accept if you don't understand.

No matter what you or I or anyone else thinks about excluding certain slots from the promo, Club Gold has chosen to exclude them.

I don't think it's fair to call them scammers over it. Beware and read the terms, yeah, that's good advice everywhere.

Jasmine please dont ever not post because you are scared of what others think. Im pretty sure people around here know by now you are not a shill

There is no link that told me not to play with the same slot games with the weekends insurance. That's what makes me furious. I had only 50 x wagering out what had been a hell of a job. On my question to show that site or specific rules they could not give. If everyone thought as you would the scammers matters easy. Somebody should do something.
And I will set this casino negatively on the map and put movies on youtube. I do this with the greatest pleasure. Because if nobody does anything they can do whatever they want. And that will not happen. Here in the Netherlands has been a discussion about online casinos that are flawed. And it was about time.

@casinoplayer222: I suggest you contact the casino rep, CarmelCGC, to see what they can do for you. See also the Posting Complaints section of the "Forum Rules and Regulations".

Casinoplayer22.......did you take the above advice?

If so, then when did you send the PM and what was the rep's reply?

If not, then you're deliberately slagging off an operator for the sole purpose of damaging their reputation with no intention of resolving the dispute.

If the rep does not reply, then submit a PAB here:

https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/

jeniferbed, there are no rules can be found on the weekends assurance that says you are not allowed to play in certain slots. I also have 5 or 6 times I asked how my wagering was because you can not see yourself that you should ask in the chat. And also in the chat I was not told that I was playing the wrong slots. The slots were the same as I had played at the weekend. Everyone has their favorite slots. If you know the rules you can find in the weekend insurance that you may not play some slots you show me. In the chat they could not tell me where it was on the site.

No offense but it should be pretty clear what is being said here.
