I have been trying since April to get my money. More than 2000euros. Today morning they were on my bank account. The casino is not working, didnt answer to me in a long time and havent been anle to get in touch with them.
@maxd understood my situation, after he recieved the documents it was few days and they paid my money.
I cant believe this, im so happy there is casinomeister to help people out. He really has power to contact casinos and solve these.

It doesn't reflect well on homerbert though considering his denials earlier in the thread that there were any money owing, and him flatly refusing to look at it any further. Then, within a few days of Max seeing the evidence, the OP got paid his money, that according to the rep, didn't exist

This has been really stressing me since April, so I was not maybe the easiest person to deal with, because I just wanted to short this out and felt helpless. I never knew Casino can just take your winnings without explanation and still @maxd was really kind to me and since he started to help me I got this calm feeling that finally someone actually tries to help me. Like I've said - you reversed all your pending withdrawals and lost it.

I can't help with that, it is your responsibility to not reverse withdrawals (I've must repeat - average reverse time is less than 30 minutes, and that's done by you).

I'm ready for a PAB if you want, so my reply to you in regards to this case is final.

Basically casino is closed, and even during this discussion we were in process of closing it. Decision to pay this extra 2k EUR - was made by operator (seriously, no idea what they thought about). But all my statements made earlier in this thread correct and 100% true.

I tried to explain you, it was not extra 2k what are you talking about? It was my winnings from april that they took away without any reason and decided to pay to me 500/every monday until everything is paid. Then they closed down.
They told on the message that it is correct, the casino is going to pay me the money.
Are you saying it was just their donation to me? Casino that is already closed, because they do not have money to pay to players?
Why would they ever pay me 2K in that situation they are? @homerbert

A very long time ago many years - I had a withdrawal outstanduing at a casino really cant remember which one - which was frozen whilst I got ID - this took me a while - so the casino removed this balance and stored it "somewhere" whilst my ID was sorted - when it was time to get it back the front line support could not see this money at all - so like Homerbet is here they were saying to me what they saw - which was this money does not exist ! Eventually I got an e email through to someone who was able to locate the "saved " funds and pay them out to me . It showed me though that different parties at the same casino saw different things !
