A quick update for the winners, I was prompted by one of our members to follow up on this, as they hadn't received their voucher yet.

Firstly, apologies for the delay to all that are waiting, this is not something being caused by the Casinomeister team.

I have not been able to clarify when the vouchers will be sent, and tomorrow is labor day in Europe (May 1st), a public holiday which normally carries on into the weekend. So, my assumption is that they will come through early next week.

We have run a number of competitions with this supplier and every single person has received their prize. So it is not a concern that you will get it, unfortunately it is just taking a little longer than expected.

Thank you for your patience, I will chase again first thing on Monday.

How's everyone's quest to decide what to spend the money on going? I personally am getting one of those steam cleaners so I can hopefully blast through this apartment and give it a much-overdue deep clean without spending hours and hours on my knees.

Hey all, thank you for all your patience on this. The person in charge our side, from our parent company, is chasing up the team at Pragmatic Play today. Hopefully now all the Labor Day's and Bank Holidays are out the way, this can get sorted out fairly quickly.

Really, truly, no worries: I know Casinomeister stands by its word. I wish Casinomeister was the world government at this point.

Plus it's given me time to really make sure I'm getting the best steam cleaner I can get on Amazon. It shall be my most cherished cleaning appliance, and I look forward to telling guests that the house is clean all because of gambling.

Although I am jealous of @justdoit's ebike too.
