It seems the Prima (Microgaming) have no intention of fixing these two major glitches with their software, that I reported several months ago:-
1. With firewall on, certain table details simply do not appear on the correct menu.
2. The software 'consumes' all the CPU resources, causing all programs on the PC to run like a sick donkey. (Most annoyingly, including the poker itself!)
I guess their attitude is, because it works for the majority of players, they don't give a toss about the rest of us.
I find it hard to believe they don't put higher priority on it as it must be costing the poker rooms $1000's in lost revenue. I for one will NOT be playing any Prima site until they get this garbage sorted out (Except Chatmasters free tourneys, of course! )
