because I certainly dont, she is a genuine caring person, and I enjoy immensely our casino related and un related chats.
Pat.H (32red) is next, he is a real character, with a super sense of humour.
Best Support - 3Dice - Ellen, Karen, Lance, Andrea, Jared. I admire how they can run a chatroom
and support at the same time, neither is an easy feat, yet they manage to look totally in control at all times that is a huge thing its itself.
then again is 32Red - Teresa, Merryn, Lewis, (all of them theres a lot of names)
3rd would be clubworld though I dont play there often now, Ola is a sweetie,

I dont really have a worst, as I only play now at ones I am happy and comfortable with,
generally if they dont make an impression the first couple of times then I dont go back

Head in the sands: All licensing jurisdictions with the exeption of IOM altough their complaint procedure could be better.

Worst casino: Grand Duke

Worst group: Curgam something, the ones with Mighty slots etc. Cereus comes at an honorable second place.

Worst software: Either Netent or Wagerworks.

Most annoying forum member: All those who play at notorious slow-payers and then complain.

Another USA player here with limited places to play and my vote is for 3dice. At first when I tried the casino almost 2 years ago , I didnt care for it at all. Seemed very tight however the customer service was absolutely TOP NOTCH, and payouts were fast and easy. Well after a year of not playing on there, I decided to come back and try again. Turns out I just had a horrible streak of bad luck when I first signed up. I find this casino THE BEST nowadays and it is the only one I play on anymore and trust with my money 100%. Anna, Lance, Jared, and those others that are in customer service treat others how they would like to be treated. I have referred many people to them as well because of their great customer support and fast payouts. 3Dice has my vote across the board in every category.

There have been many great suggestions and ideas; this year's awards should really be an entertaining read.

Some tough decisions though - many casinos can fall into "Stupid Casino Tricks" and "Head in the ass" award simultaneously - these coveted awards are usually fought hard over by a number of well deserving entities. Honoring the rightful winner is demanding.

Haven't played at too many casinos as I'm still relatively new to online gambing/gaming,only played at 32Red,Ladbrokes,Betfair,888,GoWild and Inetbet so through my own experience I can't really give a nomination for certain awards ie worst casino simply because I haven't yet been done wrong by one.

Since joining I have been made to feel welcomed and valued- when I've had a problem no matter how big or small they have always acted promptly to rectify the issue straight away! Customer service is paramount in my view and this casino has accomplished it in an outstanding fashion.

Worst Casino- PaddyPower

I have nothing against them but my experience with this casino has been shocking, also I feel that the wagering requirements are horrendous for example a £5 bonus will need to be played through 340 times :/ and this only includes the stakes that account towards it and not winnings.

Best Group- 32RED

Again, my choice is based on my experiences with all casinos and the group of casinos I have never had a problem with is 32RED PLC

Worst Group- PaddyPower

Because of my experience of this casino I am positive that they should get this award.

Ha ha... Although massive credit to whoever it was at 32 that picked the Championship side that came up to play with the big boys. The mighty Swanselona are certainly more fun to watch than Villa these days.

If you only want to try out Net Entertainment games in "fun mode", then you can do it Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) at Net Entertainment`s official site.
