since you mentioned that i have also having problems with my 32red casino software like many of you i also thought it was at my end my computer but now i know its not. thanks!

while im at it i now just remebered that i won a seat at the blackjack tournament at 32red and can't get in the table but at the same time i was logged on and was chatting with live chat about my problem and she just said that she will let microgaming know about the problem and even e-mailed me about it but since then i never heard from them and i wasnt able to play the game and i even waited and stayed awake cause the game played at 3:30 am my time.

I think a new category, "Copyright thief of the year" is needed, since it seems we get one of these EVERY year, with it being iButler this time, and Jackpots Heaven before. Having this as a special category is useful, otherwise such operators clog up "rogue of the year" awards, which is unfair on other rogue casinos that have simply screwed the players. This would be a joint award, shared by the operators and the software suppliers.

How about `Santa`s Clauses` Spirit of the bonus would figure highly here, and `Santa Flaws` for those pesky withdrawal processors, maybe, just maybe the casino`s affected with this should use the same system used when people deposit (these always work 100% yes?).

Moving on I would like to nominate Big Casino as best newcomer, Viktar busts his balls here and listens to what the customers want and ensures they get it, i`m sure this is the road the majority of us want to see the new casinos travel

I don´t think 32red should be casino of the year this time for one reason: The technical errors / server problems increased much and when i pay to play i expect not to restart the casino every 15 minutes to play on.
Some MG casinos have technical problems but 32red is worse in this.

If this was a problem 32Red`s end it would affect everyone playing there, it isn`t, the problem is your end, be it an update or whatever that triggered the problem and in doing so exposed a fault/faults your end.

I`ll try and break this down as best I can......When you get annoying problems like this they are nigh on impossible to cure as every single P.C. out there is unique (okay you could have identical hardware to another P.C. but, you will most definitely not have identical software installed be-it security stuff or whatever, and identical registries), this is why most errors that carry a distinct code ie 141 have 1000`s upon 1000`s of possible cures, nothing I repeat nothing exposes these weird glitches/errors/bugs more than an online game after patch day, the forums are awash with fuming gamers screaming at how `Epic Fail` the devs and their coding is for a bug filled patch only to be calmed down a few days later when the remedies start flooding in and curing them one by one.

A good example here was one of many such cases I suffered when playing WoW after I patch I lost all sound, I done everything trying to cure this, from the games own seek and repair tool to a complete re-install, this had me pulling what little hair I have left out, then, one day by chance I was browsing the American based forums in the help and support section and noticed an identical problem with two possible remedies - the 1st was take out your memory sticks and swap them, this failed, the 2nd however cured it instantly, navigate to the WoW folder and rename WoW.exe to any other name, create a shortcut for this new .exe file and that cured it.

Network cards and over capping their max data cap can cause some of the most bizarre glitches/bugs/errors ever also, you would be very surprised at what is responsible for most of the problems caused, and in 99% of the cases it is not what you think.

Best help I can offer here is google your problems, weed out the crap and try all possible cures.

On a sidenote, it would help if software providers had a Q&A`s section on their sites with known bugs/errors and relevant cures.

Good luck :).

P.S

Sorry for the derail.

If Microgaming gave users a decode list for the error codes, skilled users would be able to track down the cause much easier. Instead, you MUST contact support, who are often clueless and have to pass it on to Microgaming, who never get back to the player, but often the problem disappears after an update.

It would also help if a change list was published for each update, so users could see what functions had changed, and again be able to narrow down the cause. Such things ARE issued, but are "secret" for the eyes of the operator only. I have seen one for RTG a while back, so presume something similar exists for Microgaming.

Some problems seem to affect loads of players, and the long running problem with tournament lag may well be "my end", but MGS will release no information about the difference between a lobby version of the game (no lag), and the tournament version (often terrible lag).

Agreed 100%, remember the wheel of wealth error a few months back?, this was a software issue, easily cured if noticed at 32Red as their bonuses would pick this up when you clicked on the claim this bonus button, but, this error theoretically cost me just under £200 at GoWild, as you cannot see there how much w/r you have on your bonus (unless you log out), I keep a close eye on my play curtsey of stats, long story short, after completing my w/r I tried to withdraw only to find out I still had a lot of w/r left, I contacted CS and was told I had an unfinished game left thus meaning I still had the previous bonus still running, and eventually lost my balance trying to beat the w/r.

Somewhat fuming I emailed customer support and got no joy, even though there was no evidence of me playing WoW for over a year, proving it was a software error and imho I should have been reimbursed my loss from MGS.

I would say Best Group" JPC Group. Never have any problems with them. I think they have surpassed Club world in customer service , and speed.
I have left the CWC for Jackpot Capital Group , as I feel I am treated better there, no hassles or delays on cashout etc.. Reliable.

The worst has to be that Ibutler for theft. That was just crazy! Then to have the nerve to come her and try to get players.

What do you base your 3Dice "worst payout %" on? Your own play?

I would like to nominate the best casino in my opinion 3Dice and the best group 32Red (boring I know, but cant change the fact that those two are absolutely the best ones)
Best new casino: Queen Vegas Casino

I nominated you, I also posted a picture of your car when you expressed your views on your new name colour, as you missed it, here it is again.......

:D

Oh, thank you, Seventh777!!! :D Wifey LOVED my new car!!! This is "her" colour!!!

3 DICE and 32Red

are us players excepted at both of these sites?

I can not find one that wants to pay out in a timely manner

i have always found 3dice to be the most honest casino - they genuinely care about their players and take time to get to know them so you are not just a number but treated as a member of a family, their bonuses are by far the best and easiest to understand so no hidden surprises when you withdraw,
The players as well as support staff are lovely and i love my 3dice family soooooooooooo much
