i think dunover nailed it , as older members & being active here we maybe see the stuff that others dont upon voting , just because a casino gives you x bonus for more play doesn't really make the older members think there a good outfit & should get the vote.
Votes are over pretty much over the year , for me it's about active reps,response time, dealing quickly with complaints ,changes & ideas for their casino applied , listening to customers points, handling angry customers & so forth , i also check Cs front line Cs live chat when im not logged in .
Paramount above all is to adhere to their own terms & not mislead any player at any point.
