Announcement Casinomeister 2016 Awards Have Been Announced!

Only one award I greatly disagree - best casino group GIG - the way they handled the player and games issues before and during the Christmas period qualified rather for the faceplant of the year. Telling players for weeks to empty cookies/clear cache was just hilarious as they knew all the time their casino platform was not up to the job yet they tried to pin it on the player connection/device etc..... and that for weeks without any improvement and of course never a true acknowledgement that the problem was at their end.

On top one of their casinos, Betspin, has done a runner from CM. Haven't seen a post or a CM promo in well over one year. :rolleyes:

Naah, i don't see them as best casino group of the year. --> but then that is just me. :oops: :rolleyes:
As someone has disagreed, it's only fair that I give you my total agreement vote!

Apart from any operational standards, which may or may not be stellar, I would have excluded this group from the awards simply on the basis that they CHARGE their players for the privilege of making a DEPOSIT... and then again for making a WITHDRAWAL.

How could I forget mark from 32 Red congratulations you are awesome and stay awesome :)

Also I would like to say Royal Panda and Captain Rizk have been doing a great job as well with great promotions and dealing with all sorts :thumbsup:

also agree with Harry and other about Guts and company being best group ? what
the way they treated me is a scandal.
i could have said something in all the threats thats been lately but never figure they would get in this thread.
after being one of the first to sign up at Guts, they were my #1 casino for over a year deposit nearly 20 grand withdrew 7000 less.
even got one of the christmas boxes, actually had to pay 70 bux to custum to get it as it had wine.
but then they started cutting me of promotions, with no explanations.
and then couple of months ago after logging in all the games are gone.
they cut me of completely, did send a mail no explanatinons no answer.
so thats costumer care for you.
its the first time in all my years ive felt really really been let down by a casino.
i feel i have been used a feeding machine the first years, but then just cut of when ive been milked enough.
this might sound harsh to someone, but this how ive been treated and how i feel.
and not in line to be called best casino group on Casinomeister.

P:S to be fair Rizk gave me some explanations few months back, why i was blocked, but now i dont bye it.

Hi guys and gals - thanks for the thanks getting the awards up.

One thing I should mention concerning how I rate things like Best Casino group, I not only take into consideration their company profile, transparency, and operations, but I review the complaints - most importantly actual submitted complaints (PABs). This casino group generated one PAB in 2016 (Rizk casino - resolved before even contacting the casino peeps). For an operation this size, that is pretty good. I know that there was an issue about the casino rep for Guts being absent, but as far as I know the rest of the bases were being covered. If there was clearly a problem that was being overlooked, then that problem should have been submitted as a PAB and it would have had direct attention from me and Max. This is why it is important to submit complaints when you feel it is justified. Makes our jobs a lot easier. Thanks!

To say there have been some happy people in the Rizk offices today is an understatement!! Thank you to Bryan for your work and to all those who voted for us. In true awards ceremony acceptance speeches, I would also like to thank Mama Rizk without whom none of whom this would have been possible etc etc etc ;-)

It has been one hell of a year here at Rizk and all the feedback that we get from you guys is considered extremely valuable to us and so we welcome your opinions - we dont always get it right but when we dont then we try to find a way to do so.

to that end I am going to discuss with Bryan over the next week or two a new exclusive competition for member(s) to spend a day at Rizk offices to design a marketing campaign as you all have so many ideas :p Havent quite worked out how it will work yet but once I do we will let you know!

Such a shame that bet365 decided that they couldn't dedicate a rep to handling player issues. Deserved of the Fall from Grace award.

They are basically like Sky Vegas, Hills, Coral and Ladyboys et al who have all at sometime or other been accredited then dropped off the radar and reps have gone MIA. Possibly these 'big boys' get few complaints as they offer few bonuses or other complex promos and pay out with quick automated payments and have in-house KYC so don't often need docs etc. Being big nationals their reps probably don't have leeway to offer CM-specific goodies or promos, so they don't feel they need to be here.

I signed up there a few months ago and my experiences have only been positive.
From good customer care to a great and active rep on this forum (Melvin).

Fast payouts and a very decent and easy to navigate casino website.

Remember the cool promo's Melvin offered us, should be worth mentioned here also.

I'm a bit out of the loop nowadays what with one thing and another, but always check in to see the awards. Great to see Mark @ 32Red still doing the business - not surprised though, the definition of consistency. Seems there's a lot of changes generally though, surprised not to see Mr Green listed anywhere - did I miss something bad? I've been playing there on and off all year and all good. Mind you, I just checked out that Video Slots site... Not heard of it before... Blimey - looks really good - what a choice. Will definitely be signing up there shortly based on the review here.

There have been two "upgrades" in the last 2 years - each one taking a massive step backward from what you started with :(
(I have been bending Agents K & M's ears on this quite a bit already!)

Other than that - congratulations: the awards are VERY well deserved for what is undoubtedly the No.1 online casino for players! :notworthy:

Melvin definitely deserved an honourable mention in my opinion. The problem is, when your competition are people like Dan, Mark and the Captain, it's bloody hard to win an award.

But he certainly would have merited being on the shortlist. He's done an outstanding job and I hope he realises that we all appreciated his efforts.

Agree 100%. Melvin is a sweetheart and Royal Panda is a great casino to play at.
 
Just one thing to Rizk drop the silly fee for depositing - 25p for a £10 deposit is it really necessary to charge such a small fee?
