Hello, I deposited in thus casino 2 month ago with an Astropay card

This casino lacks of live chat and it does not accept any docs, they rejects my docs saying they are insatisfactories.

Is this a large sum of money you are attempting to withdraw and possible stalling from the operator?

Also, have your docs passed the verifications on other casinos?
There are standards with these, such as your photo ID being a colored copy, not black and white.
Also make sure your UB is less than 3 months old.

From all docs the 4 corners must be visible and you shouldn't hide any info unless otherwise stated.

If your docs are indeed good, drop them an email if you are not able to get in touch with them through live chat and check with them what's wrong with your docs.

I registered, then , sent my docs, waited for a week for them to approved them

I deposited with my neteller account, won, asked for my first withdrawal of 150, they lasted 3 days to send it
After that I asked for a 920 withdrawal and 3 days later they sent it


I resumed my playing and shot for 2300 euros to cash out. It was pending

As I had cashed out before I felt confident there was no problem

I kept on playing and my balanced reached 3200
