Just spoke to Chris in chat about the 40% cashback and he said "We did discontinue the 25% weekly cashback promotion in August when our casino's had an over hall that is correct what you've been told,
What I will need to do is after reviewing the account for you, is refer this off over to Casino Management as they have performed a periodical review of the accounts and as of the moment I can't apply cashback as this offer is intended for players who haven't been as lucky as yourself,
But I will get them to look into this for you to see if there is anything that can be done for you there"

APPARENTLY I HAVE BEEN TOO LUCKY!! Absolutely Unreasonable..

I don't understand how you assure everyone and your affiliates that you offer cashback at 40% but you actually do not offer any cashback at all... This seems very dishonest IMO. You use to offer cashback on a weekly basis which I loved because it gave me a second chance to win. I went ahead and temporary closed my account because I do not feel comfortable playing at a dishonest casino. Please explain to me whats going on and I will decide if I will come back or not.
