    Wow... I never expected an RTG casino to actually support CAD currency for the games. This is a great step in the right direction. Once you guys have Ecopayz support all ready to use for deposits / withdrawals... I will be considering trying out the casino. ( After I use the freechip first! ).

    This is very surprising to read indeed. I have never heard of an RTG casino doing this and I think its a very good move for you guys. Well done. I tend to stay away from rtg because if I use my credit card and deposit $200 it kind of hurts to get a bill and it shows like $280. Those damn currencies.

    Now the only thing left to do is get rid of the sticky bonus.

    You guys are well on your way to taking over the RTG industry in my opinion. You have all the tools to do so.

    I have also misused the term "sticky bonus" since it does mean a different thing from what you guys are doing with your bonuses. Granted I haven't talked about this in my previous post, I do consider your bonus method to not be one that I enjoy.

    For me, it means "Non-withdrawal" bonus which is alright if it was say... a "Parachute type" bonus so you play with your real money first and if you win big and not touched the bonus money, you can cash out and forfeit the bonus amount. I like these ones since it gives you a "second chance" per say.

    I understand what you are saying. With RTG software is not as easy for system to separate the bonus and win from your real deposit etc. As far as I remember all bonus given was always deducted from any pay out.

    If you play with a deposit it's not bad as there is no max cash out anyway so only bonus amount is deducted from the pay out. Little bit different when you claim a free chip which usually comes with max cash out rule but it doesn't involve deposit.

    So overall I don't think it's that bad.

    OK, a bonus that is removed once wagering is completed is a 'phantom bonus' - it can never be cashed-out, only the conversion money when wagering is done.

    A 'sticky bonus' is one which stays in your account deposit after deposit until the wagering is completed usually by cash-only bets. This can be good as you are guaranteed to convert it eventually to withdrawable cash, like Midaur's system.

    It can be rogue if applied differently (this used to be a common issue in shit casinos) i.e. all deposits you make whilst wagering hasn't been met immediately convert to bonus funds thus preventing withdrawals of cash.

    Think being greeted, but not pushed at all, is a nice touch.

    Unfortunately, without Ecopayz, it's pointless for me to deposit as my only withdrawal option is Bank Wire. With you charging $25 US, and my bank charging $14, it's simply too fee intensive to join at this time.

    Has the Visa issue been fixed?
    I would like to deposit but with the only real option for me being Skrill, it's not too appealing.

    Hi Karolina, hope you are well! I've been playing at Uptown Aces and Sloto Cash and I take every bonus I can get my hands on. They never deduct the amount of the bonus, once you make the play through all of the winnings are yours. That's one thing I always disliked, having that bonus amount deducted. I'm a low roller so I like to use bonuses all the time.

    I recently opened an account with CasinoMax but was really disappointed to discover that you don't have eWallet set up yet. Had I been aware of this before I opened my account I would have waited.
    I am, however, looking forward to this facility being available so I can make my first deposit.

    It is great to read you have made transactions in $AU available. I cant think of another RTG Casino that has $AU available.

    With regard the bonus amount being deducted from the payout, I give this the thumbs down. I currently play at iNetBet and they don't deduct the bonus amount from the payout with one exception. On Sundays they offer a 200% deposit bonus and they do deduct that bonus amount from the payout.

    I have been looking around for a good new RTG Casino to play for a while now. As soon as you have the eWallet facility available I will be changing Casinos as quickly as I can, I am fed up with the terrible service offered where I currently play.
