I tried to contact Eric yesterday but he did not answer me , I saw that the last visit was on December 26.
72 hours or more for cashout for a casino that a rating over 9 seem excessive.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the first day back for most European countries, so very little has moved at casinos since last Friday. I have six withdrawals pending, the longest since Wednesday (Casino Rewards) and I'm sure there is a bigger backlog than usual.

I don't think you can complain about the CM score or rep's response when it's a public holiday.

Hello Nicola, the holidays are not the cause of the delay, Casinoluck has no problems dealing cashout within 24 hours even on holidays,
in my case the delay is due to the size of the two withdrawals totaling 18k obtained with a multiplier very higher than the bet,
this requires a further check with the software provider , this is what he wrote me Eric , I see how I responded quickly, and not
I certainly accused.
I kindly ask you not to attribute to Casinoluck in this case problems not has.

Ah yes, sizeable winnings often flag up a check with the software provider. I had this at Ladbrokes with a jackpot win a few years ago.

Don't worry, Casino Luck and Eric are at the top for customer service so don't worry you'll get your winnings within the next couple of days. Depending what software provider it was, the request should be picked up on Tuesday.

Can they say to the player "sorry it was an error and you shouldn't actually have won so therefore we will not be paying out " ? What do these checks entail ? Is it to see if the player managed to cheat somehow or to see if the game malfunctioned in some way

I did ask at the time but Microgaming are very secretive about their software. Their viper software apparently records all your mouse movments as well as collecting various data while you play.
