Since my former favourite casino Casinoluck changed label/software provider quite some time they have changed quite a lot, especially their marketing.
I can come with some examples of the emails which has dropped into my email lately with subjects like (In Norwegian):
"You have gotten a new friend request!"
"Important message"
"Congratulation Oslo, you have won todays..."
Not to mention mega big suprises, gifts and freespins that equals approx 10% match bonuses on your deposit worth of spins..
This is IMO as spammish as it gets, and not OK at all. I reported this to their rep exactly one month and he agreed, saying it was because they had some backlog as for translating their content.
I think one month is enough for such a serious matter, and if they lack manpower they should stop sending the emails out rather than bullshiting their customers like this.
