Yesterday I tried my luck at Casinoland and Royalslots.
I ended up with a pending 2000 withdrawal at Casinoland.
I went to the chat and simply ask if they flush withdrawal. The answer is no. I asked the agent if they can make the reverse option go away on pending withdrawals. The answer is no again.
I tell him that I won't reverse anything but that's a cool option bet365 offered me. I wish him a good day and continued playing on royalslots.
Moments later, tried to connect to see if the dsposit is processed... No buddy!!!

Support can't help... gives me really dumb answers without even reading properly what I say to him. Finally tells me that it's random verification and to wait for an email for unlocking the account.
Please keep in mind that a am 100% verified. I even send them proof of payment after deposits just in case they feel like they want to ask to prevent cases like that.
What I think, The agent I asked about flushing and reversal option thought it would be a good idea to block the account until the withdrawal is complete. At least he could tell me right?
We are 12 hours later, contacted support 10 times, nobody has a clue and I received no emails. What kind of behavior is that? I am an honest customer and I feel like I am treated like the scum of the earth. Is that too much to ask to have knowlegeable chat agents that understands english? It's not my first language either but please ask questions intead of making assumptions and blocking accounts just because. And please do something after that? Don't let the customer wait like that.
Is there a oneclick rep here that can tell me why I was blocked? My royalslots account works perfectly fine by the way. Please teach your chat support a thing or two. You have a sharp looking mobile casino but you are about to break the trust here. Come on...
