Casino Friday steps into the flames of the Baptism by Fire. Run by the original creators of Guts and Rizk casinos, this one looks promising. Payouts may be a little slow relatively speaking, but this may be growing pains, and we also need accurate payout times from our members :D.

Sorry, no UK - no US

You can read their review here: Casino Friday Review - or sign up directly here: Casino Friday.

And of course, please let me introduce you to their casino rep. CasinoFriday

If all goes well within 30 days, I feel that they should be listed as an Accredited Casino at Casinomeister. So let's see some constructive criticisms.

Casino Friday is an Accredited Casino at Casinomeister® - managed by the original operators of Guts and Rizk Casino.
Why does the headline of the review say

"A Great Casino With Fast Cashouts and a Fantastic Welcome Offer"

Yet you say above cashouts aren't fast, and a 'con' of the casino is 'payouts could be quicker'

I wasn't done editing the page.

Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well, and thanks Bryan for giving us the opportunity to go through this flaming hot, sacred ritual ?
I am Alex, lead of the Customer Relations department, and the CasinoFriday representative here at Casinomeister.

I am happy to help you guys out with any issues you might be having at our casino.
Anything I can do to help you get #ThatFeeling and enjoy your stay with us, let me know!

We value your feedback tremendously, so feel free to post anything (be it positive or negative) CasinoFriday-related in this thread.
If you want to discuss the weather, that’s fine too, although I’m not sure my contributions would be as valuable ;)

We believe that transparency and communicating closely with our players are important. Although we are a small group of people, we are all iGaming professionals and we share this mindset.

Looking forward to answering your questions and solving any issues that you might face.

Just to touch on the withdrawal subject: we have recently made significant changes to our procedures, and withdrawals should be handled within 24 hours, should no outstanding issue come in between.

From the land where every day is Friday,
Alex

Welcome Alex!

Can you advise which game providers you are NOT running at Max RTP?

Nate
Thanks for the welcoming!

Sheeesh Nate, some providers max out at 99% ?
Here we were, thinking baptism by fire was figuratively speaking, but now we're sweating already.

We onboard all our slots on an RTP at a minimum of 94%.

Hi Alex,

Welcome to the fire. Lol.

Is there a way to list the RTPs with each game? This is something we are encouraging for our Accredited Casinos: RTP lists for games. :D
Thanks! ?

Not something that we are considering at the moment. We have a lot of major 'things' in the pipeline.
But of course, we are always looking to make improvements. I will keep it in mind ?

TBH, and IMHO, it should be something to consider now ..Bryan has a solid point. With everything and all casino issues, transparency is key.
It could well put you head and shoulders above the pack...or, right near the bottom :D

@CasinoFriday why do the playngo help files not show the RTP? (assuming the comment above is correct)
I thought PlaynGo only allowed casinos to do that when running at the 8x% versions?
Regardless of that though, if you are running at one of the higher percentages, then you should include it, as it creates suspicion when you don't.

Hi,
It depends on the license. Assuming you're browsing the page from a location where the Curacao license applies.

Would be happy to implement every feature we could think of in the world.
Unfortunately, however, planning does not work that way as we cannot pause everything to start something new.

Eventually, hopefully, we will have something similar to what Bryan mentioned :)

Thank you. I haven't looked as I'm in the UK, was just going off what was posted above.
Could you give examples of your RTP on them? Say Book of Dead on both licenses?
I just don't understand why any casino would hide the RTP unless they are running the 91% version or below, then it becomes obvious :)

Sorry but it absolutely does work that way unless youve a staff of one which I cannot imagine is the case :)
Surely every provder sends you files, including RTP (they do) since in nearly all cases, you opt into one

Thanks Alex.

Ok, so you are running the lower RTP's on Play'n Go and NetEnt?

Nate

Yes, but not lower than 94%.

I recently played at this casino, decent casino, won a small amount and received the funds fairly quickly, processed within 24 hours but being its interac there is usually a day or two of lag on getting into your account. The first withdrawal did not get processed but that was my fault as I tried to withdraw to the wrong payment type, the timestamp shows that everything however was resolved in a few hours regardless.

I did look for RTP on the games but wasn't readily available. Without this feedback, there is something about the lower paying slots that make you want to run out the door as soon as you win as you know it may the only one you get... that's my overall feeling at many of the casino's these days.
Good Luck on the Baptism.

It has unfortunately become the standard now with RTP of only 94% on at least one developer, but casinofriday runs both playngo and pragmatic at only 94%, this is just disappointing. Everything else is ok they pay out quickly.

I will not play any more on casinofriday due to lower RTP, but I will not do that at any other casinos either, playing casino online is not the same anymore everything has only gotten worse and worse for the players.

This has been one of the nicest forums I have been to, but now it's time to quit

Take care
