CasinoFriday confiscated my winnings

Hey you guys took my money too my balance cause me and my husband have a account at the same household. After 7 months of depositing money into the account. Over 80 etransfers more or less. I finally win and you guys disconnect me you take 2734$ you leave 50 dollar into my account and you make me loose my bonus game as well. This is stealing. They are criminals casinofriday is nothing but criminals. They have to bring me back my balance. Let me enter the games. There is no justice in this site. This never happened to me ever. Me and my husband play all the time on every site there is almost. I never had this happen to me nor to him. We are gamblers and enjoy playing. Give me back my balance and my bonus game that you logged me off on

Something bad happened to me 3 days ago. Me and my husband have a account with casinofriday. We play separately just like any other site. After 7 months of playing. Never really won but lost thousands. Finally I win 2734$ they log me off my bonus game and send me a message. Here it is. I'm not a bonus abuser nor I take bonuses when depositing. I don't understand. 7 months of etransfers finally get something and while playing they log me out and send me this. Now I can log in but can go on any game not even chat with them. They have remove my chat.

did you ask before you and your husband started playing if it was ok that both of you play from same household ?
if it is in the terms they will use it, they dont mind taking millions from you but as soon as payout comes along they will use that term.

Should ask to have the loses invalidated as well: good for the goose and all that.

But yeah, trot out the t's and c's as and when it suits :p

C'mon - Casino Friday is one of the better casinos - experienced staff and an Accredited Casino to boot. Please give them credit for that. And we only know one side of the story here. :D

I can show you all transactions. I can tell you anything you want. It's not fair what happened. I want to fight it. At the end we don't mind loosing atleast give me my winnings and let me play. I've pulled out once on my account which was a lousy 400$ but I've put so much. All of a sudden they send me this. They log me off while I am in a bonus game fu fortunes. Then I can go back in the game and they leave 50 in my account. I sent them all my info I can't even access the chat. I'm fuming please someone help me on this.

Been 7 months i have the account. My husband has an account as well. Our friend advised us to play on this site saying its good and trustworthy. We play on allot of other sites but never won big. We don't use the bonuses if anything maybe once. Had a bad experience on a site using the bonus so don't like using it. I really don't know what to do. Was on the bonus game with a balance of 2734$ they disconnected me and just don't want to pay. After months of etransfers. Is this legal. I wish they can give what I put into my account instead or make a deal with me. Just not fair and really getting scammed frauded thats what I see here. Even sent them my marriage documents to show them that we are married and that its been a little less then a year we are on their site loosing money every week. Anybody come back to me and tell me exact steps to take to be able to get my money back. Just want to play. Doesn't feel right anymore depositing money into any site after what happened. Wish they can fix this and get on with it. Its unbelievable what they can do to you on these sites.

I didn't try to withdrawal the amount I was winning . They logged me off when I hit a bonus game on fu fortunes and took my balance and left 50$ then took me off the chat then couldn't go into any game. They just stopped responding. Incredible how they deal with customers. I if anybody can help me . Would appreciate it thanks

We don't know the full story. I know the casino's history and the way they deal with their customers, but I don't know you. I have been doing this long enough to know that it is wise and frugal to never to jump to conclusions. I will wait to hear from the casino so I can at least try to understand what exactly happened.

You say you are playing on the same machine as your husband - are you playing on each other's account? There lies the problem IMO.

I would suggest to wait for the casino rep to chime in, or if you'd actually like something done about this instead of ranting about it, then submit a PAB. Thank you.

They took my balance away and logged me out and left me 50$ in the account and sent these messages. Now the only thing that I could think of is that my husband plays on the same site and household but thats it. We don't share accounts or anything . We've been on this site for like 7 months or so. It's incredible how this casino just does that. No phone number to be reached at and nothing to do about it.
