I am beginning to think you run one of those "Bonus Whoring" websites. After what you have posted I expect you can kiss your casinoextreme account goodbye.
If I was in charge I would please both camps. I would pay this last withdrawal, but waive the fee as it was not in the T & C. I would then lock your account, as you have admitted that you are in the business of screwing the casino as opposed to wagering for entertainment.
I agree with your method of quitting and withdrawing when $100 up, but if you were genuine in running this system you would not be depositing $750 in one big lump, but rather I would expect incremental $100 or so deposits with a withdrawal as soon as you had a decent run.
Your play seems more to do with transferring money from a Credit/Debit card to Neteller with the casino stumping up the 3.9% fee. I am surprised to hear that US cards still allow Neteller transactions, as Neteller is used almost exclusively for gaming over the internet.
