    Hi,

Last night, I finally had some good luck when playing on CasinoEuro. My deposit was made with Paysafecard.

I managed to build up my balance up to 900 €, and decided to withdraw through Neteller.

A couple hours later, the money was suddenly back in my balance, and I received an email that I could only withdraw by bank transfer, because my deposit was made with Paysafecard. (although I made several Neteller deposits at CasinoEuro in the past)

I always prefer having my winnings paid through neteller, so I made another deposit with Neteller and played some rounds, untill my balance was at 1050 €.
I asked again for a withdrawal through Neteller, because now my last deposit was made through Neteller, but again, after a few hours, they returned my withdrawal back into my balance.

I contacted customer support, and they told me that most of my deposits in December were made with Paysafecard , so I could only withdraw by bank transfer. They also told me, that If I would do my next deposits with Neteller, I will be able to withdraw to Neteller in the future.

I already read their terms and conditions, but I can't find anything that says I can only withdraw to the deposit method that was used most frequently.

Can they just refuse to process my withdrawal with Neteller or do I have the right to withdraw my winnings to my Neteller account ?

Online casinos have the "right" to do anything they want to for withdrawals - there are no laws as such regarding this.

Casino Euro is a decent place IMHO and is Accredted here at CasinoMeister, so the first thing to do if you are unhappy about anything at an accredited place is contact the rep on the forum, in this case:

They may or may not be able to help you, but at the end of the day I think you will have to accept their final decision, no matter how inconvenient it may seem to you.

My experience with CasinoEuro's sistersite, Norgesautomaten, is that the customer service on the floor is terrible, and either can't or won't do even the simplest things that are not 100% by the book. However if you got some patience, and demand that they escalate the case, often you will get some better service by some of the guys that are a bit higher up in the system. My experience is also that they will make up rules that aren't mentioned in their TOS.

Personally, I think this is BS and poor service:mad:

You've made your last deposit using Neteller, which should justify a withdrawal to that e-wallet - for most casinos anyway... So, based on what this casino claims it will transfer the funds to your Neteller account if you make yet another deposit with Neteller (??) I may be paranoid, but when winnings are put back into my balance and a casino comes up with those kind of arguments, I always get hugely annoyed. I for one would never play there again.

As Mouche said, it is BS. This is why I stopped playing at CasinoEuro.

I have made 100+ deposits, always withdrawing to my bank account (not frequently ),
but then I tried to WD to Neteller and while I was expecting my money, I got an email saying it
was cancelled and I should WD to bank account, since that is my main deposit option.
Now, I swear to god, I must have made 52 deposits through bank and 51 through Neteller.

    One WD method?
    No, thanks, bye.
