Is there any specific reason why your Casino Euro welcome offer is not available to UK customers?

It is advertised in £ on the front page splash but the T&C states - "The Offer is not available to customers residing in Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Turkey, UK, Argentina etc......."

The bonus advertised in Pounds is specifically for UK customers, so there´s been a glitch somewhere. I think you ended up on the "English international" promotions page.

This is the promotion page for the UK specific welcome bonus:

OK clicked on that link, works OK & advertises a £100/100% bonus. Clicked on the create account link which then throws up a 505 internal server error page. Then when I click on back a page it takes me to a registration page offering a £150 deposit.

Sorry but this does not really fill me with confidence enough to sign up.
 
What gave that away?
Was it the "Andy" in my username.

So...

I had a look at Casinoeuro as i was pretty certain they stopped accepting UK players when the licensing rules came in.

Wouldnt let me log in so i used forgotten password link.
It sent the reset link to my email.
Changed password and still wouldnt let me log in.

Opened live chat, impressed it was open at this time on a morning and asked why i couldnt log in.

Apparently i have to open a new account but with different email address.

So if UK players want to use Casinoeuro and were signed up before, you have to create new account or contact them if you want to use your old email address.

I now have to wait for them to get back in touch with me.

This is correct. We re-entered UK earlier this month, but as you mention, we´re not allowed to re-open any accounts. New account with new e-mail or you can contact us and we can help out :)

After all that time waiting for an email, i then get told i have to use a new email address
 
Pretty sure this casino sent me over to Betsafe when they stopped accepting UK players.. Just signed up with my normal email address :thumbsup: Happy about that! Wouldn't want another email address just for one casino :eek2:
