If it gives you hope, that was only my 45th spin, what I like about these type of comps is that it doesn't matter if you play 20p spins or £20 spins, you still have the same chance to win. I understand the wagering requirement is low (at 15x), but is there no option of forfeiting any bonus money should you happen to have a win with your initial cash deposit - having not touched the bonus money?

Or am I all missing something?

Further info after depositing and another live chat:

Your cash balance isn't shown separately when you acccept a bonus or earn FS winnings - the only facility to check your cash balance is by keeping track of it yourself or by checking in with live chat.

Having just deposited with a reload bonus - all my funds are being shown as bonus money, however I've confirmed again with support and you definitely ARE allowed to cancel any bonus at any time to withdraw your cash funds - before touching the bonus funds awarded that is...

Real money is only locked if combined with a deposit bonus. Free spins winnings will not lock your current cash balance.
