    I made a deposit on Saturday the early hours so the 23rd of July with their 75% bonus and cleared wagering sticking to the bonus terms, and made a withdrawal for £270 to my bank account, they wanted proof of my card front and back
    so I sent that and it was approved, now the withdrawal has sat pending for 9 days (reversible the whole time of course) I emailed 2 days ago and was told it was a problem with world-pay, I logged in today and the money has been returned to my account, So now I made the withdrawal to my bank card this time, and contacted live chat and asked if I can make the withdrawal to my Skrill because this cuts out the middle man and was told it would be "more secure" to leave it withdraw to the card, to which I replied but I have 3 years of withdrawing to my Skrill from Casinos and I have yet to have an security problems, then I was told they cannot guarantee it would be any faster withdrawing to my Skrill, we all know Skrill should be much much faster than a Bank or card withdrawal, so I went to my pending withdrawal and clicked rollback, and it seems they have blocked me from rolling it back so I can withdraw to my Skrill! I am vip at Casino Cruise also. So I guess I am in for another 9 day wait before they roll it back to me again.

    Hmmm Casino Cruise strikes again!

    Seems they are the regularly the subject of slow/no pay or problems with KYC threads this year :(

    In their defence though, there was a problem with World Pay which would have slowed things down, I do however believe that this has now been rectified and they are apparently in the process of working through the backlog caused by these issues.

    Yep this is the first real issue I have had with any of the Everymatrix sites to be honest, I agree if you look at Askgamblers and other sites when it comes to these guys the majority
    of complaints is how slow the payments are. If it was just slow payment problem why not just leave it pending then process it, why roll it back to my account, hoping I spunk it back again?

    There was a major problem with worldpay, I do not think one site let any body know, I think one of my posts about a site that use this possessor came on and informed us,

    But hang on a min, The main problem here is them putting it back into your account, So much for looking after players and looking after players interests,

    I've had a bad feeling about this outfit since day 1, why did they just not process your withdrawal through Skrill?? 9 days and counting, appalling:mad:
