So my account was verified about 30 or so minutes ago with my withdrawal still pending. Went onto live chat to make enquiries to be told that it will be up to another 24 hours because I withdrew about 30 minutes ago. I didn't touch my withdrawal at all since last night. It was then explained that it could be because of the verification and that the withdrawal was reset as soon as the account was verified.

Not the best of starts, so let's hope that things improve. Withdrawal speed is quite important in my opinion,

I would never go for that approach, I would deal with is myself. I would never refer a player back to support, as otherwise the presence here on CM has no function at all.

Also, I just don't believe it is cool. Support is there to help people with their questions and not for being fooled by a CM member.

So please stop doing those kind of things as it is not cool.

Why do we still have 24 hour pending withdrawals that are reversible.

That is also a quick way to get banned from the forum. We do not intend to enable bullshit like this, and if any of our members are using deceptive practices to try to get freebies, then they deserve to be named, shamed, and bootified from here.
 
We switched from service provider, today all of a sudden some "old" emails got send.

A lot of deposit confirmation emails caused the main load on chat / support.

Another withdrawal sitting pending for over 12 hours. Very frustrating as there is also some £300 cashback (yep, heavy loss the other day) sitting that I can't get to because of the pending withdrawal.

I am doing a stream shortly so that now means having to reverse the withdrawal, something that I don't particularly like doing.

Other than the slow-ish withdrawals, no issues with this Casino. Games play smooth and no disconnection problems.

Still having issues with starting the BTG bonus rounds and unable to play Blueprint on auto play because the screen doesn't recognise certain mouse clicks, even when the game is in full screen mode.
 
And now the site is not loading up which is rather an embarresment when you're live streaming............ had to stop the stream because of it...

Then an email asking me for a copy of my Skrill account showing recent transactions. I am sure that I already supplied that when I registered!

So now in a position where I can't deposit until they have "verified" my account, which is already verified?

So I joined the site a while ago. After the fairly good reviews on here, I decided to give it a go. Got a mail that said "verify your account and get paid faster".
Now comes the strange thing! When I asked if I could send docs through mail, I was told that it was not reguired, if I didn`t want to. I was still able to deposit/withdraw.
Well I`m willing to bet it would be different if I deposited and won 3000€ !!
 
It is always possible to verify your accounts up front. Of course support will say: no need as it is not requested, because they can't see such a remark in your account. So they would advice, no need. Anyway, it's convenient imo to be verified before the journey starts.
 
@L&L-Jan - Any chance of adding Play and Go to the collection of slots? They are quite popular and my viewers are asking if they are going to be added at some point in the future.
 
I got an email with a 75% bonus code tried to enter the code and it said it was wrong.

I opened up live chat and got Rene who read my message right away only for me to be waiting for a reply I even posted hello which was read and no reply, I got a reply of ‘can you email me a screenshot’

I made my feeling clear that I was kept waiting a long time which Rene answered that she was very busy which I understand but not even a simple ‘one moment’ or something along them lines not just kept waiting with no reply and she had read it.

Hello probably a stupid a question but when putting casinoes through the baptism of fire isnt it kinda pointless if its from the same linked casinos from L&L Europe as wouldnt they all be under the same managment? or are they considered single casinoes in there own right?

Yeah, it may seem like a technicality - and in many situations it is, (thus the fast-tracking), but there may be nuances between casino brands or errors in the webpages, customer support relations, or other things that the casino management has overlooked. This is why we run these "sister" site casinos through the same ringer. :D
