Hi,
So i decided to Join a different Casino an try my luck elsewhere yesterday and instantly hit problems. Despite being a member of many online casinoes including 2 new ones to me in the last week ( no Age verification issues there) i received an email fro CasinoCasino saying the below

Why should i have to through regular gameplay to prove my worthyness for a bonus whats more a "Sign up deposit bonus"
I could happily verify via document surely that should put me in the same boat as any other new signee who hadnt had a failure via verification.
BTW for the record ive lived at the same address for 30 years, same bank account for 20 years so something seems a bit fishy to me .
