Hi,

So i decided to Join a different Casino an try my luck elsewhere yesterday and instantly hit problems. Despite being a member of many online casinoes including 2 new ones to me in the last week ( no Age verification issues there) i received an email fro CasinoCasino saying the below

We have received notification that our 3rd party online verification software failed to verify your identity and age. We would therefore need to verify your details before you can make a deposit.

However, at the discretion of our marketing team they have decided that once the documents have been approved you will be able to make a deposit, but the bonus function on the account will stay off and you will not be eligible to receive bonuses. Please note, that this is only temporary, you will be still be able to deposit and once we have seen regular gameplay without any bonuses issued we will activate the bonus function again on your request.

If you wish to verify the account so that you can deposit and play without bonuses. Please let us know and we will advise of the documents we require.

Why should i have to through regular gameplay to prove my worthyness for a bonus whats more a "Sign up deposit bonus"

I could happily verify via document surely that should put me in the same boat as any other new signee who hadnt had a failure via verification.
BTW for the record ive lived at the same address for 30 years, same bank account for 20 years so something seems a bit fishy to me .

We are looking at an alternative for electronic verification. Unfortunately we do get negative responses and when submitting the customer data in the webportal the response is positive.
It also causes a lot of extra work we are not really waiting for - nor do you as a customer. So we are in the process the optimize this. I'm sorry you had to experience such an onboarding!

It seems to be a pretty standard strategy from L & L to get people to sign up by offering a bonus before sending an email saying that the bonus option is "switched off" for the time being. Its also strange that their electronic verification is adjudged not to be able to verify you yet they have clearly seen something that says to them you are not worthy of their bonus.

Got a source for that claim, I've claimed them at all brands and had no problems at all

And L&L are very generous with bonuses. I had a few loyalty points accrued across sites. Jan kindly converted them into a single bonus on one brand when the scheme stopped. He didn’t need to, and I doubt any other operators would even have considered it.

This actually happened to a work mate last week after me bumming and blowing L@Ls trumpet he signed up and got bonus banned straight of the bat..

Jan is the best rep there is. Better than any bonuses. Are you eligible for the 10% cashback at least? Just play with money and cash out 20k hours later. They will offer you lots of deposit bonuses to take it back hahaha :)

Thanks for your offer but the responses ive had via email have secured my mindset and i will not be playing there. If you want to help out you could have the account closed as at the moment they only want to lock it temporarily. Sorry but despite what others are saying im not willing to prove myself worthy of a sign up bonus

Not giving you bonus is a friendly gesture. 100% bonus on a 100$ deposit with 40x wager. You lose 200$ on a 95% rtp slot. Just burn a 100$ bill and go take a nice walk instead.
