    Stupidly deposited a little with Casinoblu, jsu messing around really and took the bonus (never again) anyway ... big surprise I had a good run over £1k but they tell me they will only pay out x10 the deposit £400 and the balance will be voided ... is this correct ? ie voided as in totally gone !

    13.5 . Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.

    And here's a few more reasons to avoid.

    1) They're a GameTech white label - that's the group that was caught running counterfeit NetEnt games recently.

    2) They shut CasinoBlu and just stuck up a page saying 'We regret to inform you that CasinoBlu has ceased its services'. No contact information for player to retrieve their balances. Around the same time CasinoBluSky opens up from the same group, on the same aff program, with the same logo.

    Of course maybe they'd paid out all of the CasinoBlu players already, seems a little strange though and even if they'd emailed all the players how many players will miss an email.

    Beyond the above the GameTech group have been enforcing win limits outside of bonus play for years now. I've been working with the MGA to try and get previous cases address under consumer rights legislation as I firmly believe that this is a violation of EU consumer law. However this has necessarily involved outside agencies who have been less than enthusiastic in their cooperation and in the meantime GameTech appear to have dropped their MGA license all together.

    Well I stupidly played for a while last evening I will not be doing so again but their game interface is not working … I kept getting balances dropping dramatically and without taking a video movie of my play I cannot illustrate the problem, however this screen grab shows the issue, the balance at 36.75 but the bet at 0.50 was deemed not enough.
