Hey guys, so I made a deposit at casinoadrenaline and got a 100% bonus, and I played through the wagering requirements with ease! So later on I had three waiting withdrawals at £1k each. Next day my winnings had not been processed so I rollbacked one of my withdrawals to try to win more, and so I did, the only problem is I made some high bets since I thought I didn't have any bonus, and now the casino is claiming that the bonus is active until all winnings are withdrawn, so they voided all winnings due to irregular play! I was chocked since this is the first casino I've ever encountered where the bonus is not removed automatically once wagering requirements are met!

So this is just a heads up, don't make the same misstake I did, or better yet, stay away from them!

They would have been happy with your play had you LOST that reversal. Casinos take so long to pay BECAUSE they want players to reverse and hopefully lose their winnings back. Players have to resist the lure and hold steady until the money is paid out. This prevents many of these nasty surprises. If the casinos find this increases their overheads, then tough, they started the pedantry game, and players have learned that they have to play along with complete disregard to common sense else the casino uses a players' action as an excuse for non payment.

There are many casinos where this game has to be played, even though it means sitting for days on a withdrawal that the casino is rather hoping you would reverse and lose.

If enough players resisted the temptation, casinos would be losing vast amounts of potential revenue as players who win take regular "time outs" from play after submitting their withdrawals. Casinos would then have to start paying out faster so that they don't have to wait so long for the next deposit.

Having a few favoured casinos means that players don't have to take time out from playing, they just have to move to another venue after winning enough to make it worth withdrawing. The one thing that is even worse for a casino than a player who takes a few days off after a withdrawal is a player who plays at the competition whilst waiting.

I don't understand, if the funds were parked for w/d and all requirements for rollover were met how can the bonus possibly be active?

Yeah that's what I'm wondering too, but they keep saying that I had to withdraw all my winnings to cancel the bonus, and then make another deposit before I could play with higher stakes.

I know that's why they're taking so long, but I never thought the welcome bonus would come back to haunt me just becuase a rollback!

But from now on I'll stick to my trusted favourites so this won't happen again! I just wanted to warn you guys!

I don't know this casino but all casinos i play at you can't withdraw bonus until all wagering requirements have been met then once they are it turns into cash which means it's cashable hence no longer a bonus i don't know how any casino can still use the bonus terms once any bonus turns into cash as it's no longer a bonus seems this casino doesn't want to pay and should be avoided by others i hope you get this sorted.

hmm i noticed this casino, something about it didn't sit right with me. If you met the wr before playing bets higher than in the bonus t & c's then the funds were cash not bonus so the bonus rules do not apply. So yes if you didnt break any of the terms pre meeting the wr that all sounds very dodgy to me.

My advice is to start playing at mr green, they process withdrawals within one hour.

I was a keen player at 32red until they stopped the manual flushing and began the 24 hour pending period. I lost hundreds reversing withdrawals there.

Its Mr green all day for me now.

These guys stole my money too. Although I had "only" lost 160 euro or so over there. No better than this Fenix Casino from the same group.

It's obvious you have completed your rollover, but they don't care. If it wasn't this they would "invent" some other rule to void your winnings. You can stiill PAB I guess.

My money received. Verification took only two hours. Not fastest payments, but it is still fast and headache free. I am happy, because was scared after saw this thread.

They also stole my 400€.

I played all three first deposit bonuses. And lost all. My balance was zero. Then I asked from livechat when will I get my freespins. The support then was friendly and gave those 3 x 50 spins to me. And again at this point before I played those spins my balance was zero. So earlier bonuses had been removed. Atleast those should have been.

I played those spins and happen to won some. Continued playing and after some time my balance was over 30€ put a 20€ to withdraw. And continued playing and after some more time my balance was over 400€ . Made another withdraw request for that 400€.
Next day I got e-mail that my withdraw had been cancelled and my latest deposit of 20€ had been returned to my account. Because eventhough those freespins had no wagering requirement there was still a max bet for the money won 25% and no minimum max bet at all. My bet was 3€ at highest.
So what other casino you know that has such a shady terms. I get

Do not play here. There are plenty of trustworthy casinos in the industry. No need to support these kind of scammers.

This casino and the others in the group should be on fast track to Rogue town or Not Recommended. I have never heard so many BS reasons why withdrawals get voided. I feel bad for all the players that have been ripped off.

Theres a couple in the group including hello which we have been told has nothing to do with the others & just running from the same engine, I am 99.9% sure fenix / vegasberry are connected in more than running from the same operator, There is a rep on here for for hello but there is not much he can do except probs report it,

The rep stated they have nothing to do with any of them, exept we are clients of Myeg NV and use Flavidus Limited to process payments.

I personally not had a problem with hello casino low withdraws have always been small, Agreed that at least 2 now probably 3 should be in the pit

I have had good experiences with Hello casino and I signed up after seeing the,m talking about in this forum. Fenix I used to play but has gone downhill FAST, so I wouldn't touch anyone else in this group with a bargepole unless you see decent reviews on here. Clearly you need to PAB and/or go to Curacao board

Nothing worse than reversal time

Hi, I actually opened an account there recently but before depositing I always like to get the kyc out of the way, I prefer to play at casinos with super fast withdrawals as I'm terrible at roll backing my withdrawals, anyway I've sent the docs through 3 times its been 5 days since I opened the account age still not verified, and after hearing your story I think I'll rather close the account..
Stick to casinos that payout in max 12 hours that's my number 1 rule now
Thx for the Info bud :)

This casino is one place i will never play enymore. I try 3 deposits. Nothing works here. They dont even speak you via livechat or enything. Today they say me that i got friday spins soon :). Now that soon has taked 8hours.
