I'm waiting for 2 months to get my payment because their provider has problems processing to Revolut IBAN's they told me. I found my old Belgian account and I gave them a copy of the statement that the account is mine so they can pay me out (after 2 months) they have it for 3 days now, it should be a simple task checking the statement and paying out the amount I'm owed. But they keep saying they will check and keep me posted. It's really frustrating man.

PS: They finally verified and are gonna pay out.

After waiting 2 months since the 28th of September I'm waiting for a withdrawal again, they claimed to have problems paying out to Revolut bank accounts though they verified me with it and accepted deposits from Revolut. I found a Belgian bank account I made some years ago and finally gave it to them. Even after 2 months their so called processing problem to Revolut still wasn't solved 🤔. They promised me that from the 22nd of November the money would be in my account in 1-5 days. As of the 6th of December I still don't see anything in my bank account. I contacted their CS through the phone and chat many times and they told me that everything is fine and I would receive the money soon, that's a week ago. They cut me off in the chat now and aren't as nice as before now that I told them that I'm tired of waiting. All I hear is sorry this sorry that but I don't see a swift and precise method of handling the situation. It's really tiring. They tell me that their complaints team is looking at it "again" when it's that same team that promised me after waiting for 2 months already that I would get the money more than a week ago. This is beyond ridiculous.

Very sorry to hear about your predicament. Don't know much about Revolut bank accounts, but you can file a complaint with the Ksa (Dutch gambling authority) and stick to the big players who provide excellent service and nice bonuses.

They couldn't pay out to Revolut because of some processing difficulties by their payment provider on the 28th of September, they were gonna fix it after I filed a complaint still to this day they didn't fix it. So I gave them an old Belgian IBAN I found after digging it up. They told me they transferred the money but till this day there's nothing in my bank account. At this point I look at them as a bunch of liars. I told them previous week that I didn't receive the money and their complaints team would get back to me between 1-3 days starting from Friday. You guess it.. nothing again. I've deposited over 3700 euro before this happened and I'm gravely disappointed. I don't know why I'm treated this way by them. We are going to the 3rd month now of waiting. I was playing on Unibet and got paid in a few seconds after asking for a withdrawal, I don't know what's up with this casino, they lie and lie. My trust in them is completely gone. They cut me off in chat telling me to contact the complaints team, but the complaints team doesn't respond anymore. I asked them proof to show me they transferred the money to me, I get cut off from the chat. It's like a rogue casino.

Also sorry to hear that they've put you through this.
IMO, If they claimed to have a problem processing wthdrawals to Revolut in September, yet still haven't fixed it, not even been bothered to inform players with some on site notification that withdrawals aren't currently able to be processed via that method, or remove the method until it's fixed, then yes, I think it's a safe bet that they've probably been speaking from out of their asses the entire time.

If they truly have been having problems processing withdrawals to Revolut since september, I'd assume many more people would have brought this up in various online hangouts by now, mentioning that they cant withdraw via that method. Though my gutt tells me that such comments might be fairly difficult to find.

I play at the Belgian Casino777 site since 5 years, which is the same company as the Dutch one AFAIK, and haven't had any issues regarding withdrawals to both Paypal and regular bank account. Never used Revolut so I can't comment on that.

I'd take @Mouche12 's advice or open a PAB and hope @maxd can get through to them.

Nothing on their website states that they have problems with Revolut, they told me that it was because Revolut moved to Lithuania which is a long time ago. I've read reviews on Trustpilot about their Belgian website and there was someone who also stated that they had problems with Revolut withdrawal which was in 2018, so you can already tell why I feel like this was known all along and they still let me register/verify with a Revolut IBAN.
In my account it shows the withdrawal was greenlighted on the 24th of November to the other bank account with a Belgian IBAN.
All I hear is sorry for this we are really testing your patience blah blah blah for months now. Most of the other casinos operating in the Netherlands clearly stated that they don't support foreign bank accounts and wouldn't let me register with Revolut. That's called being transparent.

I've always been respectful to them so I don't know why they are behaving this way. But after being promised that I would finally get the money after waiting 2 months you can understand why I'm losing my patience now. This is far from normal.
