Casino Complaint Casino770 wont give me my winnings after closing and re-open my account!

    Hi im having problems with Casino770, i won on the blackjack (I believe it was the 10/10-12) and the 14/10-12 I whitdrew my winnings (7877 Euros).
    On the site they told me that this takes approximately 4-7 days.

    After 2 months of daily chatting they tell me on the phone, that the blackjack table I played on had technical faults..
    I don´t accept this and i told them that I demand them to reanalyze the situation, or else I would take this to court, I also asked them if they payed the people who lost in this machine their money back. But as you probably understand they didn´t.

    Yesterday after like 2 weeks of chatting and asking them about the reanalyzing of my account, this girl "Amy" tells me that my account is back, and my winnings are allready validated and I should wait a few days and the money would be in my bank account...
    I though YES AT LAST!
    When I enter my account I notice that I have nothing on my history. So I ask like for an reciept or something so i could be 100% that they sent the money, and she told me that all information is going to be sent by E-mail.

    After waiting 1 hour I enter my account to see if they have put something on history. But wait my account has been shut down AGAIN!? after 1 hour!?

    After contacting them in the chat, they say that it has been an missunderstanding..
    So I ask what can I do!? Im very stressed out.. And actually a little sad.
    By the way I have print screens on EVERYTHING (I think)

    Blaming the software excuse - pity they don't take games from Galewind.

    How about they prove the table had a fault, else it will look like just another excuse for non payment.

    Maybe IGT need to be made aware that one of their licensees has voided winnings due to the software being faulty. If we are to accept this reasoning, it means we can't trust IGT software at any operator to give us a fair game. Unfortunately, providers rarely take complaints direct from players, and this question will probably have to go through Max or Bryan.

    I must also tell you guys, that I chat with them at least three times a day, asking them for any updates about anything.. But never a E-mail or response of any kind. This is killing me.

    They have promised me like 1000 E-mail at this point, and I have got 0 E-mails fro Casino770.

    You keep telling the OP this, but you never send anything, hence this thread.


    Someone has a winning streak on Blackjack, and you pull the "technical issues" excuse and then clam up.

    It is possible to have HUGE swings either way, even though Blackjack is considered a low variance game. I have LOST over 100 betting units in a short space of time - does that mean the casino software is cheating me, or was I just unlucky.

    The OP seems to have had a positive swing of this magnitude, and rather than congratulations, you claim the software is flawed.

    What is needed here is the play logs from this winning run to be analysed statistically to see whether there is statistically significant evidence that the software produced erroneous results.

    The bigger picture is even worse, as by making this claim the casino shows that it believes it's software is unreliable. Reputable softwares will NEVER start making such claims about the product unless there was no possibilty of any other explanation. Your casino is quick to pin an unusually lucky upswing to faulty software rather than the natural variabilty of the game.

    I trust that players who LOST on this game will also be having their bets refunded.

    I had an issue with casino 770 taking winnings off me in september and it dragged on until december, I thought I'd lost my money until I connected the malta licence gaming authority on This email is not visible to you. and got my winnings back within 2 weeks, might be worth a try, good luck.
