I can understand that casino770 is going to be transfered to netbet..but it is not my prob and i should not be impacted by that..

This is customer care reply :

"requests for cashout must remain on hold for 48 hours, after which they are transmitted to the Financial Department for approval, and then delivered to the paying agent"

So I guess I can wait about 1-2 weeks to receive my withdrawal !!! lol Too long !!! :mad:

Just to say that i apologie for having made a lot of noise regarding Casino770.
It has been long but i have finally been paid.
As usually it took about 10 days but ..as usual they have paid...
I won 3times and 10-15 days is the best they can do but finally they are reliable.

Well definitely 770 have some serious issues with payments, such a bad reputation. I wonder if now under the name NetBet they will be better in that concerns.

I meant i cant do nothing in the time is needed (8-10 days wire transfer/cards) because this is an issue of the banks (CS-Financial-payment to banks). Actually in this case the only strange thing i see is why CS asked you verification documents again.

What i will do, and actually already did, is to learn why the CS asked again for verification documents from you. This is something that shouldnt happen on already verified members of 770, but i wait to see if there is any specific reason of this.

Because the previous week i was on day off with limited access on the internal panels i couldnt check some things but tomorrow i will do and i will update you :)

I also commit that i will make a request in order VIP players get paid in maximum 24 hours through ewallets.

It takes far less time now that the UK has introduced the "faster payments" regulations that banks now have to follow. This stems from EU directives, so similar procedures should be in place elsewhere within the EU. It is YOUR systems that are extending this period to a very unusual 10-15 days.

Under the new rules, any payment made will reach the recipient's bank account the next banking day, and reflect on their statement the banking day after this at the latest.

For example, a payment made on Monday by the casino's processor should hit the player's bank account or VISA card account on the Tuesday. This should then show if they check their balances on the Wednesday. The weekends will add 2 days to this timescale, and a bank holiday will add three. The rest of the delay is caused by the casino, starting with the deliberate 48 hour delay at the start of the process.

Other casinos with this deliberate 48 hour delay still manage to get the funds to the player a good deal faster than 10-15 days.

The best way to determine what part of the delay is down to the casino itself is to request an eWallet transfer.

I am wondering whether this casino uses the banking system efficiently, as another cause of such a long delay would be the use of a long string of intermediary banks, which really should not be necessary for a legitimate online gambling operator. This long chain of processors and banks is usually seen with casinos who have to pay US players, but in a way that disguises the nature of the transaction from the recipient bank. US players are used to this long timescale, but there is a good reason for it.

Then you should get a better bank. The bank you currently use is providing a sub standard service, and this is damaging your credibility as far as players are concerned.

Since you are in London, you should be familiar with how fast UK banking has become. Try it, pay a bill by "wire", and see how it shows on the statement at the other end the next day, or the day after at worst. This is not the 10-15 days that your casino's bank manages.

Also, if it's a "bank issue", a UK player could make a complaint to the FCA, as this "faster payment" system is now law, and all UK banks have had to implement it, and as you have said, this delay is down to the banks.

Players may also be able to ask their banks to trace back the transaction in order to identify where the delay lies (and thus who's fault it is with respect to the regulations).

In practice, many players won't bother, they will simply play elsewhere. There are plenty of operators offering a similar product, and that pay faster.

This would depend on the country. It should not add more than a day or two to the timescales. Each step would have to abide by the "faster payment" rules, which stipulate "next day" crediting of the funds, although internally, most UK banks do it "instantly", advising customers to "wait 2 hours" before checking the destination account for the funds to show.

Whilst business to business payments tend to take longer, much to the ire of small businesses who complain that it affects their cashflow, it's not something that CONSUMERS tend to see with their own banking experience, hence they tend not to believe that such long delays are really "down to the bank". If anything, casinos have paid me by cheque much faster than this 10 days, and this includes the additional delay due to the cheque having to physically make it's way through the postal service.

Actually few days ago OP started thread on russian forum, and stated that he send docs and get approved 2 weeks ago, and his withdrawal still pending, while support told you soon get paid. This is how you deal with customers?
