I'm new to this so may make a few mistakes here and there! I joined a casino site called CASINO770. Silly me got enticed by a £10 bonus and the stresssss since

The £10 did the trick and I deposited a £50 actual money. I enjoy the slot games so started perusing some on this casino site. To be honest i was a bit bored because the graphics seemed rubbish and the connection slow. It also showed my credits in euros not £'s and it was difficult knowing from some of the slot games exactly how much each spin was. Anyway i thought I would just spend the £50 and retire. I got the £50 up to over £100 and then went onto a new slot they were promoting. It is called the Olympic slots. I navigated my way round the bets and ended up spinning at £1 per go. My cash went down to £56 and then a jackpot spun in. The game showed a win of £2000. A gamble button was flashing and the spin button had changed to "collect and spin". I must admit I have never seen "collect and spin" before and it did confuse me a little. I also objected to having to pay another £1 for a spin to collect my £2000 jackpot.....with me so far? Hope I'm not boring you any way.........the winnings did not go into my account? I closed the screen and refreshed my balance....no sign of my win.

I rang the "helpline" immediately and had to leave my number on a voicemail. They rang me back and said they would pass to technical. They weren't very helpful and didn't appear phased by the fact my £2000 had gone into the abyss. Since then...which was Sunday 19/8/12 I have been completely fobbed off by them. Emails stating that "the technical department are dealing", "the in charge people are analysing"...anything but providing me with my game play data which would show my win. Frustrated is not the word.

And so....I'm left in complete limbo. The jackpot that never was and absolutely no sign of CASINO770 helping me whatsoever. Just don't know which way to turn next. Ideas anyone? Thanks

    Hello,

When i won I was really excited and called my husband to check it out. In all the years I have played online I have never had to take a screen shot. Wish I had now though! Oh well I can only pursue till the end of my life :)

The technical department will say the following:-

"Having checked the game logs, we can see that you gambled your 2000 win and lost, hence nothing has been credited to your balance".

They will, of course, not be able to provide said logs due to "technical issues".

They will eventually put the whole thing down to a software glitch, arguing that a fault on your PC, or other error on your part, caused you to believe you tried to collect, but instead selected gamble. They will then quote "whre there is a discrepancy between the result displayed to the player, and that shown on the server, the result on the server will determine the outcome".

    Hi,

Thank you for replying. I had resigned myself to returning to the day job! Every other site I have ever been on my winnings have automatically credited my account....but I guess this is why these guys.......CASINO770.....are in the rogues gallery. I won't be losing sleep over it but karma prevails. Bye for now and I will be back in a few years when they have replied!

Are there no sort of "Game logs" on this software?
    (I think it's a CTXM game...)

    {Edited to add}
This is the CTXM game - was it that one?
If so, you should be able to see your play history by clicking the little icon in the top left-hand corner.
If you can, please take a screenshot of it!

From the paytable I can't see how you could win £2,000 off a £1 bet though; the maximum win is only bet x 1000 - so you would have to be playing £2 per LINE and hit 5 of those bronze thingies on one line.

Did you go back to the game and press the button??? It might still be waiting to be collected, which is why it isn't showing.

It's a lot easier to argue over $1 than $2000.

Vinylweatherman is just making stuff up out of thin air so don't worry about what he said.

Good evening, you are so very kind to reply to me. I have sort of given up hope but I'm going to try my best to pursue it. Thank you for the Olympic screen slot but that isn't the one I was plaing on. I don't know how to capture the slot i was on and put it on this thread? Not very good on the computer :D Thank you for being positive about this situation. The worst thing that can happen is nothing....my husband keeps saying "well it's not cash we had in the first place" but that's not the point. I believe in transparency....I did go back onto the game but it had reverted back to it's original settings.....my £2000 floating in outer space.............................the think that really gets me is there were no warnings about exiting a "live and unfinished game". I know they could say I gambled £2000 but....not sure about anyone else but that is one hefty risk........even if i was a multimillionaire I wouldn't do that....although, I don't want to upset anyone who may consider that to be acceptable, for me personally a stake of £2000 is beyond crazy. Listen, I never give up. I will keep going until forever. Thank you for your replies. It really has helped calm thing here.

My point was that you have NO basis at all for your "prediction", unless you can show previous cases where this casino has done this.

You might end up being right, but it will be a result of a guess and nothing else, as you have no idea of what the casino will say and neither do I.

I have no idea as to what they will say either but they are definitely as roguish as Virtual and there was a guy called Patrouche at the helm and he never honours any promises.

    Good Afternoon,

Well no news is good news. I emailed again and these super brains in the technical department are still working on lifting my game play data. It's not splitting the atom after all! I will wait and see...and wait and wait. If, by any chance I happen to get a reply I will let you know. Take care everyone :smilewink:

Basis is experience - it is based on how rogue casinos in the past have sought to wriggle out of payment whilst shifting the blame away from themselves. The fact that their technicians now appear to be struggling to retrieve the game history is a further indication that they know damn well they are in the wrong, but are trying to find a way to deflect blame away from themselves and their dodgy software. They have already decided the outcome (not paying), and now need to produce the evidence to support it.

    Hello,

Well I couldn't believe my eyes this morning...I received an email stating that my account has been credited with my £2000 jackpot winnings! I still can't believe it actually. I logged onto my account and there it was staring at me from the screen. I logged onto the cashier and withdrew. It's now sitting there waiting to be "validated".......or "reversed"

I won't be 100% satisfied until I see the money in my account. I believe CASINO770 are notoriously poor when it comes to payback of winnings. Oh well, I've negotiated one hurdle and will wait and see what happens. Patience really is a virtue. Thank you for reading and replying :)

    Please see this thread: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/53253-my-casino770-withdrawal-taking-forever.html
That player is in the same boat as you.

Sorry that it's not good news - but at least now you've found CasinoMeister, hopefully your future gaming will be a bit less stressful.
