Casino33 financial problems?

Im not sure why all the negativity? Wishing a business to go under because they send out an email to try and IMPROVE their business?

Sorry, but not at this way, because when i close my account, i won't either get any fishy phone calls or spammails from this casino, so this is for me only rogue!

Well, even if CM had not posted a single thing, for me the first phone call did not impress me. The second one, after requesting that I not be contacted by phone would rule Casino33 out.

As for the survey, I can't be bothered. If the casino had offered a chance at a draw, even for a small amount, I might have taken my time.

I haven't opted out of mail, so for me it was not spam.

Nisobar:And you know what? If that (4 random jackpots to one player) had happened at just about ANY other RTG casino, many here would have been HIGHLY suspicious of that. But it was Inetbet - probably the longest-standing CM-endorsed RTG casino about whom I have NEVER seen a complaint about ANYTHING in these forums. Other members here can probably vouch likewise. Thus, we all seem to implicitly trust that this really probably was just a lucky streak. God knows if it had happened elsewhere, many would have stated "okay, that's it, I'm not playing there anymore, that's just too fishy, etc."
I did post about this when they hit the 5th one in less than a week when many have never had an oppotunity to hit even one in decades...so if there is anything fishy on this..no one could point it out and that is the reason all is quiet on the homefront because players ARE too trusting and believe the impossible...As I said, and was told it is like being hit by lightning or hitting the lottery...just what are the odds of this at the SAME CASINO for the SAME player??? No one would reply because it WAS Inetbet...

I am a player there just as others are...and I will believe in any casino up to a point and this is where it gets tricky...5 Randoms to SAME PLAYER at the SAME CASINO......this was NOT luck...JMO...and yes I said it stunk...but no one would even think about questioning this odd occurance that would be off the charts...or an impossibility....

So.....there you are....still believing this could happen this way... I do not...without a little help...JMO...and that is the reason I have backed off a lot on RTG's....except for a small random play now and then..unlike I have been playing..

We talked to a senior guy from iNetBet while we were in London. He was gobsmacked about these jackpot hits, almost speechless.

If folks are implying that there's something not right with the iNetBet wins they're gonna have to dig deep for an explanation because they are just as taken aback by this as we are.

/continuing derail/

Well I think this is just awesome for jubbluck! A big win gives a player a bankroll to keep playing, and maybe at higher stakes than usual.

Several years ago I hit 5 jackpots in a single day at a B&M. Not in the league with jubbluck's randoms, but I've never hit 3 any other time. It's rare enough to hit one.

I'm still hoping for my first RTG Random. Hold my breath every time I play a free chip, because I'm afraid that would be when! Mind you, I could probably manage the max cashout at least.

Sorry , didn't mean to derail thread, was replying to the nisobar's statement..

So yes, Maxd... you are right about digging deep and I guess that is why everyone has sat back and continued to believe, because there is no way to "dig deep" yes?

But that is neither here nor there...it is what it is and no one can prove just what it is/was. Can one, that is on our (players) side of the fence?

Forget about hitting a RJ. I have never even seen RJs reset ie I wasnt even there when the RJs were hit.

I have just seen it once at Club USA. Was playing the Club-Slot and suddenly the Jackpot was reset to 1.000$ or so.
At this moment I was the first time close to RJ.....but...hitting 5 times a RJ in the same casino. Well, I have to admit if it wasn`t Inet I`d really believe that there is a whole fishmarket nearby

With an RNG sending out thousands of combinations, it must have just been the timing of the player hitting the spin button to hit those RJs. The RTG engine resides on the computer it's installed on, does it not. Maybe the engine got corrupt somehow...cough cough. ;)

Another call from Casino33 .. that's the second one in two or three days , and that's really bad signs.

I do understand your point and agree with their efforts in trying to prevent the ship from sinking.

The point we're all making here, is the recent blitz of cold calling and emailing previous customers, with fantasy bonuses; if in fact we know they have money issues, what are our chances of getting paid?

The players will view their sudden great bonus offers as nothing more then them trying to get us to deposit. With financial stress I'm certain the small withdrawals would still be made, but big hits might have a problem getting paid.

After a warning from Bryan, I couldn't see anyone at this site taking the unnecessary second gamble of trying to get paid.

These problems occur usually from bad management, bad cs, payout issues, and planting foolish reps at sites like this with the likes of CasinoJack who made a fool of himself here. These problems start from the top brass, and filter their way down to what keeps them in business. Us the players.

I can see some of your points here, but we still don't know for sure if they are having money issues. Even Bryan himself said that this was just a RUMOR, and he was erring on the side of caution to protect the players...which I can totally understand. But as far as I know, we still dont have proof. And Bryan has asked them to provide some sort of proof that they are financially stable, although im not quite sure how they can do that. So there we are.

Unless we start seeing slow and nonpayments from these guys, we cant really assume that they are going under. At the same time it is our choice to act upon Bryan's warning if we so choose and elect to not play there. I just don't think its really fair to bring out the pitchforks on the basis of a RUMOR. I looked at their website last nite and they advertise 24 hour payments. Most players here who have withdrawn seem to commend them for their fast payouts....that to me doesn't sound like the signs of a company that is financially strapped. I don't see them stringing players along to the last possible second like most casinos at ANOTHER software provider.

As far as fantasy bonuses....well as anyone who plays at Vegas Regal can attest....they have some pretty "out there" bonuses. And these guys are certaintly in the good graces of the CM faithful. Hopefully they will straighten out the cold calls and "spammy" emails.

I have no reason really to sing the praises of Casino 33. I have never made a cashout there, but only deposited a handful of times. Maybe I just like to root for the underdog. Seems to me with all the shady operations out there, we should give a little benefit of the doubt to those casinos that are trying to make a difference. They have always had a rep on here who has been trying to be as transparent as possible and solve player issues. Probably only a handful of casinos can say that.

Unless I see a more compelling reason to think otherwise, I will continue to leave them on my computer and wish them well.

When were you called? And who was the agent?
Thanks,

Around 20:05 CET (GMT+1) . Didn't noted the agent's name as I only thought saying "PLEASE STOP CALLING ME" after he presented himself as working for casino33.

Note - of the numerous casinos i've played at or got phone spam for, that's the only one calling with so much insistence to offer me bonuses.

Let me check to see if anyone is calling and offering bonuses. This should not be the case.
Thanks,

You don`t even know what your own workers are doing? Oh btw I have received email offerings even when my account is closed.

Rightly so, I'll rescind the warning - but this is not a sign of everything is honky dory at casino33. I would proceed trepidatiously.

I'll let the players make their own decisions on this one. Let's see how things are six months down the road :p

By the way, calling players up is bad news. I would recommending not doing this because it's inappropriate. Sure, there may be a few players waiting for a bonus with bated breath by the phone - but a majority of people despise this. It's intrusive, and besides...maybe they don't want anyone to know what they're doing online. Don't give the visiting mother-in-law an excuse to start ragging on them.

I just went to live chat to enquire about their current offers. 100% non-cashable bonus with 25x rollover.

Surely you must do better than that. Disturbances aside, who would take up these offers if you had phoned them and they thought you would offer them something special.

Fair enough Bryan. Casino Jack is alive and kicking and still around. There has been some changes in Management and as with any company life goes on.

In the mean time we will be here to help any players and answer any concerns that they may have.
Thank you!

Well, it would appear that CasinoJack is indeed alive and kicking, but not with Casino33. He's going back to being an affiliate.

Interesting read on the GPWA. Sounds like phone calls between parties, and information shared that was meant to be kept quiet. Obviously something was said in those conversations that led the person to believe that Casino33 was in trouble financially. I guess time will tell if it's true or not. All I know is with all the good, honest and stable operations out there, I wouldn't be taking any chances, withdrawn warning or not. Something happened there...who knows what?

Well, I'm glad Casino Jack is alive and kicking - and not tied up in a closet. :p

Funny how I get slammed for posting a warning to players even though I know what I'm dealing with. For the record, I didn't just post the warning on a whim - I know what I'm talking about.

I don't think anyone wants to push me into a corner quite yet. For now, I'll just leave it be.

It could be the case that Inet's RNG is faulty somehow, but I do not believe for a second that there is anything deliberate going on. It doesn't make sense, how it unfolded, the way the incident was treated - I just can't see it. I never say never, but I completely believe it was 'just one of those things.'

casino33

I thought I should post here just to confirm that I am no longer with Casino33. That said I am not aware of any financial problems and wish them all the best. I enjoyed my time at Casino33 but have moved on. No one should read anything into that. Barry is a great guy and I am sure he will do his best to answer all your questions and fix any problems you may have.

Received 2 phone calls yesterday from casino 33. Count them, TWO phone calls. I still am weary about any company that telemarkets for deposits. Im still waiting for the call that ive won 2 million dollars, Please send 4k in taxes so that we can forward the money to you.
