Unfortunately after 10 months i am still waiting for my $1895 cashout.

I know you're a busy guy but i didnt hear from you when i asked you for an update...whats yr current advice ? Are u in any kind of contact with these guys at the moment about players non payments ?

Given Sam has been paid after 8 months i guess i should wait and hope :S Im tempted though to just go to Neteller and get my deposits back
These guys are one of the worst operations out there. I have been issuing warnings about these guys over and over and over again. I'm surprised that they have the ability to pay anyone, much less installments. If you want your deposit back - I can contact Neteller and tell them you suspect fraud. It only takes a few complaints to get the ball rolling in shutting down a merchant's Neteller account. These 1x2 guys do not deserve to be in the business.

wait, before you get them to shutdown their neteller account can you wait a couple weeks

Thanks for the advice guys.

I'll contact Genie and David by email once again and see if i can get a response and be patient for a little while longer (though 10 months is a test of anyones patience to be paid !!)

Casinomeister - If i don't get a response though i'll be in touch and grateful if you would contact Neteller on my behalf (thanks) to at least get my deposits back
 
I seem to get upset when I see my fellow humans getting deceived. After the complaints i've heared over time about 1x2casino I've had it and i decided to have some fun while being bored and therefore I went to their live support just to see with what bullshit they would put up with.I chatted with a girl named Michelle which seemed quite centred mentally and after putting some serious pressure on her she told me: Sir I know that we pay our members....from time to time we do have extensive periods due to delay beyond our control...now as to the email not being answered...I honestly cannot say why our Accounts Dept does not send updates .More over she made a promise that her personal casino email is: feedback@internet1x2.com and that she will reply as soon as she receives an email from me or from anyone. The girl seemed quite serious so people(Witherg) give it a try.......... :rolleyes: and update the thread accordingly.

I have had a reply from Genie asking how much i want to cash out and they will assist me (surely they should have a record of my cashout already and not need to ask ?!?) ...i have replied and so will wait for my cashout once again....

The worrying thing is my withdrawal of 1657-50 was in 'awaiting processing' status in the withdrawal section for months and then just disappeared !
Also i had a balance of 237-50 which i should have been able to withdraw (i had more than fulfilled any wagering requirements on my account and the casino1x2 system said 'wagering required 0.00' or something similar...but the withdrawal section wouldn't allow this amount to be withdrawn.

Now i am just waiting for them to start using more delaying tactics and say they have no record of the withdrawal or use some other kind of excuses

I would advise you to send an email to michelle as well.After sending the email go and get her online.
