I never take a bonus tied to my deposit. The $60.00 bonus and the $110.00 are put into my account on a Monday. They are some kind of bonus using Neteller. I always withdrawal my account to $0.00 after playing so any bonus I receive is NOT tied to MY deposit

    Hello,
I don't mean to be so bold, but WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. I did not
use a bonus of any kind. I signed up to this casino several months ago and
don't think I used the bonus even then. I received a bonus of $60.00 on May
3rd, but lost that straight away. Please clear this up as soon as possible.
    Thank you,
    Sandra

    Dear XXX

    Thank you for your email.

Kindly be advised that the $60.00 alternative purchase bonus you received on, 03/05/2004, is in fact the bonus in question. Please note that I have forwarded your query to our cashin department.

Should you have any further queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly help desk again. We will be delighted to assist you.

    Kind Regards

Wait a minute, I lost that $60 bonus in about 5 minutes. It was gone, wiped
out of my account. SIX (6) days later I made a deposit which had nothing to
do with the $60 bonus. I would like my $1000 withdrawal put into my neteller
account ASAP. I really don't care for these stall tactics or what ever is
going on. If my deposit is not in there first thing tomorrow morning I will
have no choice but to contact Bryan Bailey at Casino Meister because I am
very upset. I never take a bonus that is tied into my deposit because I
    don't like the Wager Requirements.

The next day my deposit was in my Neteller account.

Now this is a few days later after I won this happens again.

    Hello,
I can't beleive we are going to go through this again. We just had this same
problem a few days ago. In stead of me writing everything again I am going
to just copy and paste the emails from the other day. Just change the $60.00
bonus to the now $110.00 bonus and everything is the same. Except I lost
that $110.00 in 8 minutes. I will expect my deposit in my Neteller account
    ASAP.

Following are the emails from the other day with this same problem. You can
start from the bottom (first one) and go up.

    Casinos reply:

    Dear XXX

    Thank you for your email.

Please be advised that the the $60.00 and the $110.00 bonuses are both subject to wager requirements. Should you not wish to meet wager requirements please advise and I will remove these amounts and your cash-in will be processed accordingly.
In addition, should you wish, a note will be made on your account not to receive any further bonuses to avoid future complications.

    My reply:

    Hello,

OK, I understand that the $110.00 bonus has wager requirements. However, I lost the 110.00, the whole bonus in less than 7 minutes, from the times of 20:52 through 20:59. At 20:59 my account balance was $0.00.

About 5 hours after I lost my bonus money at 3:20 I made a $200.00 deposit and lost that. At 3:28 I made a $300.00 deposit and lost that too. At 3:34 I made a $200.00 deposit and lost that as well and at 3:40 I made another deposit of $300.00. I made 4 separate deposits totaling $1000.00. Now surely MY deposits are not subject to wager requirements.

Once I lost the $110.00 bonus money all wager requirement are void, because there is no more bonus money to play.

I really hope you can understand this. I just spent part of my lunch hour looking for the deposit and times and I do not appreciate doing someone else's work. As I stated earlier, please deposit my $1300.00 to my Neteller account ASAP.

    Casinos reply (shock)

    Hi XXX

    Thank you for your E-mail:

We had a look on your gaming account and saw that upon receiving your $60.00 Alternative purchase bonus for your Neteller deposits totaling $600.00 and making a Withdrawal for $1000.00 you have not met the wagering requirements on the casino in order to make a withdrawal. You have to meet the wager requirements on the casino upon receiving a bonus in order to make a withdrawal, you need to wager your purchases + the bonus 15 times.

We have reversed the $1000.00 Withdrawal back to your gaming account and you have made a total in $1100.00 in Neteller deposits and have received $110.00 in bonus credits for your purchases made. Waving the $60.00 wagering for making new purchases and receiving a new bonus you have to meet the wager once more. You have made a withdrawal again for the amount of $1300.00, however your wager on the new bonus $110.00 have not been met at the time of making your withdrawal. Once more the withdrawal for the amount of $1300.00 was refunded back to your gaming account as the wager have not been met.

We have noticed that since your withdrawal you have made 4X Neteller deposits and there were no wagering required on it as there was not bonus allocated to those purchases. Unfortunately you will have to meet the wager requirements on the $1100.00 + 110.00 X 15 in order to make a withdrawal due to the $1300.00 withdrawal made when you have received the bonus.

If you would like we can reverse the bonus element of $110.00 and you can make your withdrawal anytime you prefer. Please reply to us and we will reverse the bonus amount from your token balance. If you would not like the bonus reversed you will have to meet the wager requirements before making a withdrawal.

    Thank you...

It seems the casino carry over wager requirement from the bonus you claim/lost before.
Many casinos (include Fortune Lounge casinos before they changed their policy) carry over wager requirement to protect themselves. It might seems to be harsh, or totally unacceptable for many new players but it kinda make sense. Anyway, if it's in their terms and conditions you should respect them.
IMO, casinos that use this policy might be able to protect themselves better against high rollers, but in doing so they'll loose a lot more players who play for entertainment only.
I always assume casinos carry over WR, and I always ask them before I make any more deposit.
    In your case, you can
    (1) argue with them and hope they will forget about the WR (very unlikely) or
    (2) Keep playing and loose them all, or
    (3) just ask them to remove the bonus and walk away with your winning.
    I'd recommend the third approach.

This is a no-brainer. Tell them to keep the bonus and give you the rest of your money. Then tell them you want NO BONUSES on your account for any reason and you won't have this problem again.

If you really want the $110 though, you can try to wager $18000+ on slots to get it, but in my opinion, that would be extraordinarily dumb!

So you still have 18150-5603=12547 to go?
Since you can't play Blackjack or video pokers, you will loose much more than $110 when you finish the wager requirement,
Your best bet is to ask them to remove the bonus, take your winning and NEVER go back.

    OK, I am really confused:

    The casino stated:
We have reversed the $1000.00 Withdrawal back to your gaming account and you have made a total in $1100.00 in Neteller deposits and have received $110.00 in bonus credits for your purchases made. Once more the withdrawal for the amount of $1300.00 was refunded back to your gaming account as the wager have not been met.

They reversed the $1000.00 and after the emails I sent they put it into my Neteller account the next morning.

The new bonus of $110.00 was put into my account a week after the $60.00 bonus was put into my account. The two bonus' should have nothing to do with each other. right?

    The casino states"
We have noticed that since your withdrawal you have made 4X Neteller deposits and there were no wagering required on it as there was not bonus allocated to those purchases. Unfortunately you will have to meet the wager requirements on the $1100.00 + 110.00 X 15 in order to make a withdrawal due to the $1300.00 withdrawal made when you have received the bonus.

Why would this be different from the $60.00 bonus.

This is why I do not take bonus' tied to my deposits. Had I known there may be WR with my deposit I would not even play there. Anyway, here is there T/C. Does it state anywhere about these rules. Also, does anyone know if Bryan is available. I would like to Pitch a Bitch to him, but if he is out of town I will just take my withdrawl minus the $110.00. I just hate to do that if I am not wrong.

    The casino's T/C

Does is state anything about a carry over wager requirement from the bonus that I claim/lost before. I don't see it, but maybe I am missing something. Thanks so much for your advice.

    Minimum Wager Requirements

Please note that players must wager at least fifteen (15) times the deposit amount ($100) plus the bonus amount before making any cash-ins: e.g. If a player deposits $100 and gets a $10 bonus, the player must wager at least $1,650 [15*($100 + $10)] before making a cash-in. This is in the interest of fair Casino play considering that any wager at our Casino can return sizeable winnings.
Please note that the following games contribute to a quarter of the standard wager requirements: Baccarat, all Blackjack game variations, Craps, Roulette, Power Poker, 10 Play Video Poker and Video Poker. (e.g. If you deposits $300 and get $30 free, and you play any of the above games you will be required to wager $19,800 [15*($300+$30)*4]before making any withdrawal).

    Minimum Wager Requirements

Promotional Bonuses: Players must wager their promotional bonuses at least 15 times before making any withdrawals. (e.g. If a player is credited with a $20 bonus, the wager requirement before making a withdrawal, is $300. [20*15 = $300])
Deposit related Bonuses: Players must wager the initial deposit amount plus the bonus amount 15 times before making any withdrawals. (e.g. If a player deposits $30 and gets a $40 bonus, the player must wager at least $1,050 [15*($30 + $40)] before making a withdrawal)
Please note that the following games contribute to a quarter of the standard wager requirements: Baccarat, all Blackjack game variations, Craps, Roulette, Power Poker, 10 Play Video Poker and Video Poker. (e.g. If you deposits $30 and get $40 free, and you play any of the above games you will be required to wager $4,200 [15*($30+$40)*4]before making any withdrawal).
If a player does not fulfill the wager requirements and makes a withdrawal, the entire withdrawal will be refunded to their gaming account as tokens for further play. (e.g. If you deposit $100 and you get $30 free, and on your first spin you win $1,000, your balance will be $1,130. Until you have fulfilled the wager requirement of $1,950 [15*($100+ $30)], the balance of $1,130 will be refunded to your gaming account.)
If a player continues to make a withdrawal, without meeting the minimum wager requirements, the bonus element will then be withdrawn and withheld from the cash in, thereby liberating the player from the wager requirement.
This is in the interest of fair casino play considering that any wager at our casino can return a sizable winning
Bonuses may not be cashed out unless the wager requirements have been fulfilled.

Those bonuses are tied to your deposits though. They are 10% neteller bonuses on those deposits you made. Tell them you don't want any more of these automatic bonuses.

Take the withdrawl less the $110 and then play the $110 until its either gone or you meet the wagering requirements.

That's what I am probably going to do. However, if I don't meet the WR with the $110.00, then the next time I would want to play there (doubtful at this point) I will have the same problem? My deposit(s) will alway be in jeopardy until I meet the WR from the Neteller bonus.

Probably a good decision - after all you did play with their $110 and lost.

    What joint is this anyway?

If you do get another bonus, I'd have them withdraw it BEFORE you begin to wager. Likewise, if you do want to play there again, I'd find out your answer BEFORE you play. Some places do carry over wager requirements from busted-out deals, even when you deposit your own money the next time with no bonus.
