Hi everyone,

I saw this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/casino-king-playtech-problem.34500/
I've got the same problem! Same address but different casino! My problem is with: casino.winner.com

First they asked to send me ID via FAX.
I send it then they told me it must be notarized. I've sent it via FAX (44-808-1203-505) then I got this message:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for contacting the Winner Casino Customer Service Team.
We have already received your faxed documents and they are now being validated by one of our departments. Your withdrawal request is going to be checked and you will be notified about its status via email. Depending on the payment method you have chosen there might be additional processing time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Should you need any assistance, you can always contact the Winner Casino Customer Service Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Then after 1 week I send them an email that I didn't got any email back and I got this:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for contacting the Winner Casino Customer Service Team.
We have checked your account and we would like to advise you that we did not receive the Notarized ID that you sent.

We would also like to advise you that we need a copy of your Notarized ID so that we can review the reopening of the account.

Thank you very much.

So I send back with:
How is that possible? I have faxed it to you on 18 March (44-808-120-3505)and I got an email with:

And I got this:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for contacting the Winner Casino Customer Service Team.
We understand that we have received your Notarized ID via fax however we are not able to accept it on this nature that is why we would like to ask if you can send them via post to the following address:

14/F Yuchengco Tower,
RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala,
Makati City 1200,
Philippines

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Then I've called 1 hour and they told me that I must notarized it again (because I thought it was okay, they told me fax was received and was okay) and send it to them to Philippines.
They told me doesn't matter which one address this one:

ID Verification
14/F Yuchengco Tower,
RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala,
Makati City 1200,
Philippines

But this one was also good they told me:

P.O. Box 2642 Makati Post Office,
Gil Puyat Avenue,
Makati City,
Philippines

So I am seriously waiting 2 months now so they cashout my €1725 and each time they tell me something else.
Now I must notarized it again and send it....

I saw that other thread and that guy was helped by him:

So I've pm'ed him also about it. I think electronic copies / email / FAX was faster and safe. Now I don't know if it is safe to send it physicial copie with notarized to somewhere in philippines? I play more casino's and each time it's okay if I send it though email.

Stalling.

They first said it was OK to fax it, so surely they would have known whether or not this would be accepted. This allowed them to stall for a week, forcing YOU to contact THEM to find out it had not been accepted. Now comes the bullshit, asking for you to get it notarised again:confused:

This is such a load of bollocks, and the notary will tell you this. The problem is the means of transfer, not the notarisation, so all you really have to do is send off the original notarised copies you already have by snail mail (more stalling opportunities for the casino).

The address identifies them as a Playtech white label, notorious for this tactic. It seems these casinos commonly ask players to post documents to them in the Phillipines.

Fax is the worst means of sending a document as it does not usually give a clear image at the other end. Emailing an image scanned at 300dpi offers a much clearer image for verification, and is usually deemed acceptable.

Asking for notarised copies is supposedly "rare", but it seems it has become commonplace with these Playtech white label casinos.

Email is also unsecure as someone could gain access to the email account, or even intercept the data if it is transmitted over a wireless network. Fax is unsecure because you don't know how secure the destination machine is. It could be in a corridor, available for any member of staff to see a sensitive document and steal it.

Sending to Manila by courier may actually be more secure than these more usual means.
