Hi all

I am having issues with getting my winnings withdrawn - in fact, I can’t even play any games. Keeps telling me the server is down. I sit in queues to talk to live chat for 2 hours and still don’t get to talk to anyone. The phone number is not a real one. The email address keeps bouncing back. Does anyone have a contact number to get hold of them or any idea on how I can get hold of the licenser? It’s a Curacao company.

Also don’t look that reliable, the license alone speaks volumes.

Alas a scam site that offered fake Novomatic slots etc, the scum of the earth. They are so shit they didn't even originally use the fraudster's license 1668/JAZ but were so bad they even posted a bogus non-existent Curacao number.

You have absolutely ZERO chance of being paid. Write the money off, try and charge back from your payment provider which will offer you protection if their site has gone - which it appears to have.

They 'manage' accounts and evidence shows they selectively pay net losing players sometimes to keep them depositing - win or win well from the off and forget payment.

It's Curacao - a flaccid pointless jurisdiction and license which effectively means casinos can do what they like without fear of prosecution, government interference and are out of the reach of the civilized world's authorities and agencies. Some do run a fair operation and go there simply for cheap licensing and taxes - even Videoslots originally had a Cup-o-cocoa license! Like Malta, it's a great haven for organized crime, money laundering and fraud.

I was wondering if you had managed to get any resolution re Casino Venetian. I am having the similar problems to you. They have taken a lot money from me in deposits but now they owe me they are not paying. None of the contact details work, telephone number does not connect, emails to support bounce back and the online chat is never active.

Hi - I stupidly signed up as well on Sunday - deposited €300, and put through a withdrawal for €599. I have had no luck in contacting their email - which bounces back, phone line is dead, and thier live chat never works.

I think best bet is to try get a refund from your card issuer?
