Since a few weeks I play at Casino Tropez trying their Premium French Roulette and I am disappointed. The operators (Perch among others) frequently interrupt me via the instant chat. I have complained for this at

. However, Playtech did NOT reply! Do they agree with such practices?!

I have deposited a small amount of money (25 euro). This morning my cash balance was 58.21 euro. I play everyday a few sessions. After I have won 30 à 50 eurocent, I stop the session. When I play, I always take a slip of paper and a pen to take notes of the results and the size of the bet.

This morning I have played and won (according to my notes) 50 eurocents. However, according to the cashbalance I had won only 15 eurocent.

This afternoon I played again. The results were: +10; -10 -20 +30; -10 +20; -10 -20 +30. So, my winnings were at that moment 20 eurocent. However according to the cashbalance I still had won nothing!!

I checked my history and according to this history was my last bet not 30 but 10 instead! This was manifestly not correct.

I contacted the support, but they evaded the issue, asking me for the "gamecode" saying only that they will investigate the problem and send me an e-mail. But several hours later I still have no e-mail.

Have you any idea operators can manipulate software in such a way?

Most of the Playtechs do this, especially the Israeli based ones. Obviously the Playtech software is "clever" in that it allows support to closely monitors players. They probably think they're being helpful and providing "personal service" but like you, it annoys the hell out of me. If I wanted to chat I'd go onto Live Chat.

I complained at SEGA and they stopped. Same with Tote when they (surprisingly) started doing it. Bet365 never do it. The worst was Mansion: "Congratulations on your deposit" LOL. Yeah whatever - nothing patronising about that.

Premier French Roulette; different software?

Have you any idea operators can manipulate software in such a way?

Additional information.

Actually, I played Playtech's Premier French Roulette. Because of the irregularities described in my previous message, I have stopped playing at Casino Tropez. I tried to make try to make a withdrawal, but now they are using the SECURITY SCAM so they can keep my money.

I have downloaded Betfair Casino. They also have Playtech's Premier French Roulette and while I was playing for fun, something remarkable drew my attention.

If I won, the chip(s) I had won were first piled on top of the chip(s) that I had placed on the table and, then I saw those chips being moved to the right of the roulette table. If I had lost, I saw the chip(s) that I had placed (and lost) move to the other side of the roulette table. All this happened at a very quick pace.

However, when I played Premier French Roulette at Casino Tropez, these movements DID NOT happen. If I won, the chip(s) I had won, were not piled on the other(s) and I saw them not move; the chips were immediately placed on the right of the table. If I lost, the chip(s) on the table, disappeared immediately. This means that the software was NOT exactly the same and maybe this explains the possibility of manipulation by Casino Tropez and, explains what has happened, i.e., that I had wagered 30eurocents, but not according to the history!

Im thinking of trying out Casino Tropez but first I want to hear from you who have played there or anyonelse that has any experince with them.

Still no answer?
Well maybe no-one here has any experience of playing at that casino.
Maybe instead they stick to CMs Accredited List of casinos we know we can trust...

From an affiliate point of view, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole as the are part of the Europartners Group. :(
(I have never signed up at any of their casinos)

Thats good enough for me for not playing there. :)

First I think that this casino and the others in its group are all crap. The affiliate program is crap. The affiliate managers are crap.

However they cannot change the game settings to shave your winnings. Even if they could, do you seriously think that a casino would deliberately rip off a Martingale system player who will eventually lose it all for just 20 cents? That would be crazy.

Experience

I play there since years. Before i knew Casinomeister i came on Casino Tropez, it was my first casino i've ever played... From my experience i can't say anything bad about the casino. I had several cashouts and got always paid without problems. To Skrill or Neteller it always takes 3-4 days, but then you will have the money.

Don't play often there anymore because i'm not into Playtech that much these days...

Cheers
