Resolved Casino TROPEZ and Casino Del Rio non-payment

Hi guys

I managed to make a few Euros playing roulette at Casino TROPEZ and Casino Del Rio. They are brothers or sisters or something - together in a trust.
Now it is exactly 7 days and 2 hours since my w/d request from each one of them. I requested through Neteller (the same as deposit) and all my documents had been sent in advance and confirmed by 15 casinos.

Two days ago I received a confirmation email (after 5 days!):

- YES, 43.00EUR! And if it were 4300Eur?...

And exactly the same situation for Casino Del Rio: same w/d date, same hour, same confirmation email. (27Eur!!!)

Today at noon both supports claimed having sent me the money. Which was a lie, you will see.

So now in the evening I had a hell of a time looking for Neteller online support (which sucks!) and he sent me back to casinos in order to get the NT CODE, which proves the money was really send.

I went back to one casino only (Tropez) because my liver, my stomach and everything else is hurting me and this is what I finally got:

Jonah: Your withdrawal was already issued to your Neteller account.
Player19: please give me the NT code
Jonah: I suggest that you contact Neteller for that.
Player19: I spoke with Neteller and they said you didn't send the money
Player19: I spoke with them 2 minutes ago
........
Jonah: Please give me 3-5 minutes to do that.
Player19: I need the NT CODE
Jonah: Alright., please give me 5 minutes to check that.
Jonah: Thank you for patiently waiting.
Jonah: "Florin"? [my quote]
Player19: in fact, I lost all patience
Jonah: You may please wait for atleast another 24 hours.
Player19: what for?
Player19: you lost the money?..
Player19: maybe your task of handling money is overwhelming...
Jonah: In case that it will not still be in your account, you may contact us again tomorrow.
Player19: I won't contact you again; I know what I have to do

- My Goodness, these Playtech casinos are something! What they're up to for a few Euros!...
And come on, give me a break: Tropez is on every site in my country, with agressive ads... And is on the recommended listed casinos!... Del Rio also has some overrated reviews.

Greedy bastards! It is a total of 70Eur...

I am sorry to hear that these casinos are making it difficult for you.
You should play at the Playtech casinos accredited HERE and avoid the rest.
I told you once that most of the Playtech casinos do the same thing to the players.Now you`ve been waiting 7 days and one of these days they`ll request you to send them your ID documents and it is going to take another week until they tell you that there is something wrong with them and you`ll have to resend the documents again and if everything is in order...their excuse will be your country of residence or that they do not like the way you play...but don`t worry because while you are waiting to get paid your cashout will be pending waiting for you to reverse it and lose it all back again...:mad:.
Same old Playech casinos story...I am sorry for you because I know you`re working hard to win a few euro playing your roulette systems and now that you win a little bit is not fair to experience all this to get paid.
I hope you`ll get paid one of these days.

As a matter of fact, I got paid by 2 casinos from "the family"; very low amounts, of course.

The documents are fullproof. They were sent in advance to 15 casinos and all of them approved them - including these ones!

Of course I have checked the CM list. I don't know what the minimum bet is at those very few Playtech casinos listed here - for Bet365 the minimum is 0.25.
For the moment I need a minimum of 0.10 bet. I will check the other ones, anyway.
I think you suspect why I am wasting time with Playtech: 0.10 bet and no bet spinninng. To tell you the truth, I prefer MG.

I'll wait till tomorrow, then I will try to PAB.

When I could still play at Playtech Betfred had spins at $0.09 (9-liners). Dont know whether things have changed now.

As for Tropez, they used to be good (6-7 years ago) and they paid within 3 days. However, there just arent too many good Playtechs out there nowadays. Nice software, rogue operators.

Sorry florin but these casinos are both part of the Hardway Investments/Europartners group which is on our "No Can Do" List. They won't respond to issues we submit to them so ... no can do.

Betfred has now a minimum of 1Eur for roulette. I already registered, but I can not play yet with this stake. (I only play roulette).

This was the first time for me at Tropez; I avoided it long time, but since it was reviewed as "recommended" I gave it a shot.

This seems a VERY confusing policy:confused:

To me, it suggests they are being deliberately obstructive when Max tries to help, rather than this being a policy driven by "Privacy concerns", and a fear of breaking EU privacy laws (a danger that does not really exist in PAB cases).

This kind of thing has ALREADY put me thoroughly off Playtech, they do NOT need to keep rubbing it in just in case I might register at a (non accredited) Playtech casino in some mad moment of weakness:rolleyes:

The downside for Playtech operators is that it will be that much harder to recruit "Guinea pigs" to try them out prior to application for CM accreditation.
