Hi,

What would you do if the following happened?
I'm playing at an accredited casino. I was doing some blackjack, lost a bet of 25 and changed my bet back to 5.
As I pressed deal, it did not do bet, but rebet&deal.. So it bet my last 25! I immediately went into chat and explained the situation, but they will not do anything.

Should I accept this? I never complain if i lose - it's part of the game, but I feel like when a game-error costs me money, I should be refunded.

Message their rep, only real option when standard support already said no.

I would defo try tho, beware they may use the "malfunction" set of terms which most casinos have to avoid refunding you.

I suspect you made a mistake.
I also suspect there is no way to prove this either way, so just take it on the chin & move on.

I have it on video, so I am pretty sure I didn't make a mistake. Just think a casino should be able to see it if there is an error.
Luckily it's not a huge amount of money, but I alway take injustice quite badly.

Yes, I messaged the rep but he/she hasn't been online for a while.
I have not finished the game yet, it is still pending as I did not bet this amount. So I haven't won/lost yet, just to be clear.

First thing I thought too was "mis-click" but worth a try if they're a loyal customer and frequent depositor maybe?

Not a table games player but I think if the round is incomplete they won't be able to do anything either way.

What's the casino, I can give you an x/10 of your chances too ;)

I'm unwilling to finish the game as the rep already made comments like "if you REGRET a bet, we cant do anything." Which is not the case. So don't want them to say I complain just because I lose, so I left it open.

And I won't name&shame, if the rep on here does not get back to me Ill open a PAB.

They dont do this because then everybody playing a live game would be running to chat stating the very same.

Normally on any game you can see your bet history. On netent games it's in the settings tab of the game

It sucks to make unintentional bets, but my usual thought is: Had you been here if the bet had won?

You went from making intentional 25 bets to dropping down to 5 on your very last 25 euro, and the 20 extra that you lost had a chance to win you 40 extra had you won. I don't see you getting anything back unfortunately, unless the video you say you have clearly shows that you were never anywhere close to the rebet button. And even then, since you were doing 25 bets before, it would surprise me if it changes anything.

Even if system malfunctioned its very hard to get proof id guess. I once had an issue like that @ Betway. One slot machine (microgaming) didnt activate bonus round as it should have on a 4.50 euro bet. After some 100 emails sent to support they cared to look into it and got 1000 euro after it got investigated from Microgaming through Betway.

It was an old space slot where you advanced for every bonus, but cant remember actual name. Scatter was a red like picture with a lady face.
