Non-Bonus Complaint Casino states no paid

Greetings to all. More month I wait for withdrawal of $100 from a casino states, won with nodeposit bonus. Support does not answer:mad:

I have spoken to my boss and the opps manager and they said they are taking care of it, and will be sorted today, it was a problem with the processor or something, but i thank you for the help, and i have their assurance it is being taken care of and i am sure they will reply to the thread,

I am just amazed at how many casinos are claiming the "Processor" problem now, for slow payment or no payment. It's many softwares, not just this one.

Is this the designated excuse for 2010?
