    Hi Everyone

    I made several deposits with Phantom bonuses which removed after the cashout in total of 999$ bonus

    I lost the deposits and the bonuses for the first and second deposits

    In the last deposit where the bonus was for 373$ I reached more than 3000$ and cashout

    Now look what they did:

    The 373$ was returned to my account
    they procssed only 1886$ taking 999$ from the cahsout

    What they should have done is taking only the 373$ from the cashout and process 2850$ they stole 999$ from my winnings

    I contacted them about 5 times and that is the final answer I received from them


    Be carefull from this casino they steal your money in an elegant way

    First of all I would like to apologize for such a delay, but I was out of the office for couple of days.

    I was informed about your questions and I thought that our support team will fulfill you demands, but unfortunately they could not.

    I checked your account and I realized that you claimed the $999 promotion which contains 3 different bonuses for 3 different deposits. As I saw you receive all three bonuses and after wagering you meet the wagering requirements and you requested the withdraw.

    - The bonus credits are for wagering purpose only, and you may not cash out the bonus.

    You may only cash out your winnings. Only withdrawal of an amount superior to the Play Bonus will be processed, and the Play bonus will be deducted from your withdrawal request.

    - Bonuses will be automatically removed from players' accounts after a withdrawal request.

    Using the player's deposit and bonus funds to wager on Craps, Roulette (American and European, Live), Sic Bo, and Jacks of Better4, Deuces Wild 4 Lines, Aces and Faces 4 Lines, Black Jack (Live also) and Baccarat does not fulfill the player's obligations with regard to the minimum wagering requirements.

    If you withdraw before wagering the minimum required, your bonus and winnings will be void.

    If you withdraw before receiving the Sign Up Bonus, you loose your right to this bonus.

    Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions offered by Casino Solei.

    The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever.

    If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.

    The text in blue color is a disclaimer of the bonus that you claimed. As you may see it is written that bonus is for wagering requirements only and it will be deducted from your withdraw request. You requested $2885 and our cashier has deducted $999 from it, so you were paid $1886.

    You also received an email that informed you that withdraw have been processed and that you received your winnings on your Neteller account. Unfortunately the software that we are using is sending emails automatically and that is why we could not change the amount in the email that you received.

    I hope I have explained you the whole situation and I really hope that you do understand that every promotion that goes out from our Casino has the disclaimer and that it is important for us and the players that we all have to obey the rules and terms that are written there.

    I guess what they are saying is phantom bonus WR carry over, thus not giving you any incentive to redeposit since you are behind the phantom bonus amount from an earlier deposit already.

    Did you reach a $0.00 balance before you redeposited and claimed the 2nd and 3rd bonuses? If not, then there would most likely be carryover.

    Did you logoff in between claiming each bonus? This too can sometimes cause carryover of wagering requirements.

    I think you probably had some money left in your account when you claimed the subsequent bonuses and that's why they took back the entire $999 bonus. I've played a similar system at one of their sister casinos and made sure to spend every penny and logoff before claiming a subsequent bonus, and didn't have more than the last bonus I claimed removed when I finally cashed in after getting the last bonus.

    I contacted couple of webmasters and most of them are in my side but the casino refuse to pay claiming I am a bonus abuser, I really don't know what to do they should pay
