    Dropped $50 last night taking up the 100% sign up bonus. Followed the T&C's by sending an email to support to claim the welcome bonus.

    Received an email back stating my email would receive a response within 4 hours.

    It's now 14 hours and no response.

    Not wanting to send another email I go to the site to find a phone number, hmmm no phone contact. Search for online chat, hmmm no online chat either.

    This is not good in my book, especially in today's online casino standards.

    I'll keep this thread updated on the bonus claim.

    Well I finially got the bonus credited.

    Although credit where credit is due, I found the games pretty fair, least they didn't suck me dry :)

    I'm still concerned they only offer email support. Adding they have no Loyalty comps yet, apprently that service is coming :confused:

    Signed up for this also. Received email from Casino Share within 10 mins saying they were under heavy work load but bonus would be credited within 24 hours once checked.

    Appears they have same issue as you encountered Trezz but they are communicating now with the players and making sure they are aware of issue! :thumbsup:

    I sent them a email at 3:30pm cst yesterday for my fist deposit bonus and still no response. All I received was the auto email.
    This situation is not making me want to deposit there again. I understand that they are new, but they should have had there support set up to deal with players bonus claims and questions more quickly.
    I sure hope to see my bonus this afternoon.

    I agree with you about the poor support of Casinoshare.

    I made 2 withdrawals ( on 14th: 450 euro and on 15th : 515 euro)
    These 2 withdrawals have disappeared in Cashcheck when the reversible time was over.
    Reversible time is 24 hours and not 6 hours as mentioned on the Banking page.

    As I did not get a satisfactory explanation from their support, I did send a PM to their Casino representative Max Wright on this forum, but he also doesn't answer me, although he visited the forum 2 times after my PM was sent:mad:

    I once had the same problem with 32Red and 10 minutes after my e-mail the withdrawal was in Cashcheck again.

    Now I worry about the fact that I will be paid or not, and when it will happen.

    Does anyone of you had the same problem in Cashcheck with Casinoshare or another casino?Did this have an influence on the pay-out time?
    Please let me know.

    My experiance here has been rather good! Payment was really quiuck.

    I suggest if you want to contact them, do so from the online form, not the email addresses given, it seems to be the fastest way of contacting them. They usually reply within an hour (during the day)

    The CS are sometimes difficult to get hold of, but I found them OK
