Dropped $50 last night taking up the 100% sign up bonus. Followed the T&C's by sending an email to support to claim the welcome bonus.
Received an email back stating my email would receive a response within 4 hours.
It's now 14 hours and no response.
Not wanting to send another email I go to the site to find a phone number, hmmm no phone contact. Search for online chat, hmmm no online chat either.
This is not good in my book, especially in today's online casino standards.
I'll keep this thread updated on the bonus claim.
