Hi,

just had to face anew casino lie:

In casino shares T+Cs it says:

A player's Cash account may be cashed out at any time (except for new players who have received the opening offer bonus and have not met both the 250 minimum number of bets and 40x wagering play-through requirement).

This is a lie !!

I just took "Happy Halloween" bonus. In the cashier, it isn't possible to cash in until ALL wagering requirements are met. They even don't tell you how much you have wagered yet. Well, maybe they even raised the wr from 30 x to 60 x, who knows.

Just a clear lie here.

Be warned!!

You can find out by going to the withdrawal screen and see how much wagering is left to complete. Then, see how much remains in the bonus balance. From this, you can calculate the WR as a number in the form "nn x Bonus" to some degree of approximation, and round it to the nearest likely one, 30x 40x or 60x.

If you have 20 bonus credits left, and the withdrawal page shows 600 credits as the amount left to wager, then the WR is 30x Bonus (WRemaining/Bonus).

As to the other point, if the withdrawal fails, (does not allow bonus sacrifice), then the terms are wrong, since this should only apply to NEW players and the SUB. It could also be an error in the software, in which case CS should be pleased to manually assist you in getting your withdrawal approved.

Ha, there is not even the option to withdraw, nor is there ANY amount of wagering requirement that is still left.

It is just the same as with Casino Rewards:

Only one sentence: "You havn't met the wagering requirements. No cashout allowed."

Thats all.

I think a casino cannot just do what it wants. And if it lies in its bonus terms too, it is rogue, no ?
