Logged on made a small deposit and only asks to accept terms after my deposit ? Only made a £11 deposit with a bonus but after reading the terms it states min deposit £20 for a bonus? But 100% added in any case, Also used skrill to deposit and only Euros I could deposit in but balance shows £, So a small fee from skrill for this, Also would not let me deposit an odd amount such as £11.50 only £11? Alot of games have gone from bonus which is not a problem for me but I would of liked to known before I made a deposit,

The min deposit for this bonus was supposed to be £20, the offer is up to £500, but I removed the condition when we got users who wanted to deposit smaller amounts, so they could use the bonus. I recommend you use Neteller on top of Skrill, with Neteller we are able to pay in £. Cheers!

Yes with that high wager you will need a hit on DOA to stand a chance, But the games selection needs to be looked at, But I think thats what they are doing

Just one question, how come withdrawals to neteller take up to 2 days to arrive when its instant everywhere else? that's what i was just informed by the support

Once your payment is processed it will be included in the next batch given due diligence has been completed and that everything's in order. If for some reason, like for instance, say you made the request just after we had gone through the queue (we do it in the evening), then it is possible that it takes additional 24 hours, but 90% of the time it's the next morning CET time.

Are you sure, I put a good word in the minions the other day about how quick payment was to my bank, got email stating withdraw, than just over two hours another one stating processed,

Whiten 19hrs it was in my bank,

Yestoday I withdraw to my skrill, I got an auto message saying processed(instanly), No email of skrill, I look at account and still nothing, I ask support and first they told me that ewallets can take up to 24hrs to see, I said is that because your side not? I will add a screen shot, Now I have been told that it will not be sorted till Monday?
