If you received an "invite" for a casino you've never heard of, as yourself how they have your address to invite you. If it's a new sister site to one you play at, fine, but then you wouldn't be here asking would you?

If it comes from a forum you are a member at, then ask yourself what other casinos does this site promote?

If the invite comes from any kind of free email address like hotmail, aol, yahoo, etc. I'd just trash it. I don't like to encourage spammers.

In my opinion, casinos sending spam are unethical... and I wouldn't trust my money with unethical operators, no matter how good the invitations and bonuses sound.

Spam isn't always the casino's fault though, it can be sent by bad affiliates (although often the casinos turn a blind eye to it, making them complicit).

I get ridiculous amounts of spam from them and that's usually a bad sign.

Casinos often add affiliate codes to their links when sending spam, even when there is no affiliate involved - firstly because it helps them track the success of the spam (they can just look at the stats of the fake affiliate account to see all the players they got from the spam), but also adding an affiliate code to their own links gives them 'plausible deniability' when people accuse them of spamming, so they can say 'Thanks for letting us know, we will definitely track the source of this spam and ban the affiliate' !!

Casino Riva used to use the same software as Casino 770 and I think they might (or used to be) linked. I used to play at Casino Riva a lot a couple of years back. They generally took a couple of weeks for each pay out. Their live chat support was pretty useless/non-existent. But they replied to emails and were generally friendly over the phone.
