Hello all. My wife just recently decided to try her hand at online casinos. Well, she made a deposit at Virtual City Casino, and got very lucky...eventually cashing out a little over $15,000. I played at one of their casinos a long time ago, but never cashed out, so im not sure how fast they are. Well, she is getting a little edgy, as they have now requested fax back forms for the third time. And now, they have said its the weekend, so she will have to wait until Monday. She made the cashout 5 days ago....when is it time to start saying they are just stalling? Also, it seems their support staff are not the most organized people.....

Any similar experiences?

Interesting: you post in casino complaints that you wife has won $15k and have not been paid in 5 days. Your complaint is?

This group is known for classifying almost anybody but losers as bonus abusers.
Hopefully your wife was not using a bonus. If she was and you had previously used a bonus at ANY OF THE CR CASINOS you to will be labeled as an abuser and will not be paid.

Per T&C
In the event that you have not made a deposit at this or any other Casino Rewards member casino, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the Casino Rewards network, regardless of the individual casino offering the sign up bonus."

I had some cash out in the $300 -$500 range got them but with some aggravation.

Don't spend those winnings yet. But Good Luck, you will need it.

Well, this is the first casino she has ever played at, so she she has never claimed a bonus at any of their other casinos. I just thought that for a Microgaming casino, 5 days was long enough to wait. Also, their live support is becoming increasingly rude and unhelpful.

What is it with these jokers?

And yes, she used the sign up bonus, which was a $40 bonus on a $100 deposit....but I hardly think they can label her as a bonus abuser, since we calculate that she wagered over $90,000!!!

Ok

But if you used the same address and computer for your earlier play at a CR casino they may try to tie that bonus in.

Like I said good luck. CR doesn't like winners.

5 days, is that all

I requested a withdrawal from the great Playtech hydra last week and they took two days to check my account for potential abuse. Then requested documents unrelated to proving my ID. Then having received them they state that they may take up to seven days to check these documents, documents which clearly state my identity. No doubt having done all this there will be a long delay in sending the money to my account.

Getting back on topic track. Often these casinos state that only one bonus per household may be given. Obviously if this is the case your wife should only have her bonus revoked, but I wouldn't be particularly surprised if they without logic claimed that the entire amount should be void.

Putting that in the T&Cs without listing the casinos in the group is totally absurd. How the heck are players supposed to know which other casinos make up this shoddy group.

I think that little clause from the T&C is referring to their free no deposit bonuses that they offer at most of the casinos in their group, or else it would make no sense......since it says,............."in the event that you have not made a deposit...."

Nevertheless, they have promised her she would get her check via Fed Ex by the end of this week, so we will keep our fingers crossed!

Did you contact the casino support before she opened an account? You know how problematic this can be having two accounts in the same household. Many casino do not allow this since this is a red flag for bonus fraud.

I'm also guessing her ID docs needed to be reviewed by upper management which normally are not on duty during weekends. Just a guess - thus the delay.

I agree, they should identify the casinos in the CR group to eliminate any player confusion.

!

No they do not limit bonus abusers to No Deposit bonus. This group likes losers!

I hope you get your $15k, keep us posted. I suspect there is still some review going on. Many other legit MG casinos these not included.

Actually we didn't contact support before she opened the account. I didn't think that would be an issue. I have never played at Virtual City before, although I have had accounts at a few other CR casinos a long time ago. Of course I realised that Virtual City was a member of CR, but, again, having never had an account there myself, didn't think it was necessary to mention it. At least they haven't brought that up (yet).

And I just can't understand why there isn't at least ONE person on any particular online casino staff that can process withdrawals over the weekend. After all, they can take my deposits on the weekend......

Imagine being in Vegas and strolling to the cashiers cage with a handful of black chips to cash in on a lucky Saturday afternoon,......and all the windows are closed with a sign saying "Sorry, Closed, Come back Monday"

Agree with the casinomeister

Using the same computer for two people or living under the same roof is a big No No... When it comes to online casinos. Unless I suppose you contact the casino and tell them that you are signing up and someone from the same household has already and they give you the ok.

This doesn't sound like it's in your favor

Later Tdoggy :eek2:

I am happy to report that we were woken up early this morning by Fed Ex knocking on the door, delievering the check for $15k

I must say, they seemed to finally get the ball rolling rather quickly. It took plenty of calls and live chat sessions, but it all had a happy ending.

I was impressed by the fact that even though they said it would take 3 business days for the check, it came the next day.....and they waived the $50 fed ex charge!

Actually I was in Vegas in March, it was a lucky Saturday afternoon because I hit a royal playing let it ride poker at the Frontier. I strolled up to the cage with purple chips and asked for a cheque (I didn't really want to carry $45k in cash around!) and was told come back Monday! I deposited the money at the cage, and needless to say I was back Monday!

Congratulations on the win by the way.

lol....I guess yours was an extreme case!!

Im assuming they comped your rooms over the weekend?

Congrats on YOUR big win!!

Thanks funeralparty. I did get a couple of nights comped and food during my week-long stay but that was more to do with my regular play than hitting the big one. They wouldn't even let me keep the cards as a souvenir although the cheque was a better souvenir!
