Casino Rewards

About to wager the rest..

"I just cant get anywhere with the CR support. I know they changede the terms after my cashout. I think my mails do proof that. In the mails they say I need to wager more at " 15 and 30 times rollover games " but they do not even have "15 times rollover games" in the terms now. I cannot find the casino at eCOGRA so what can I do . PAB?"

I am about to wager the rest. I do not see any other way. Do You think I should do that and get it over with?

Hermannikan, in the spirit of goodness, yourself and other players I am asking you to please not give in to those.... people!

You are absolutely not alone out there and I am positive that a solution will be found somehow!
For now I would recommend you to be patient and keep an eye on this thread. Solutions in this business sometimes take a while to be found but with all those people involved I am positive that there is going to be a no-way-out situation for Casino Rewards, eventually.

Do not give in to their stories and keep your money!

I've used Casino Classic's 1 hour play free $500 promotion. I won $200, transferred it to the real account, deposited $20 and eventually cashed out over $650. Later, I made a deposit to play again but lost it all on some bonehead wager chasing. I joined Casino Classic through the Online Player's Union.

Later, I joined Captain Cook's Casino through a link here at Casinomeister. I didn't win any money at their own 15 minute play free $500 but I later deposited money with them and lost it all on some still other stupid bonehead wagering chasing (it's my main problem).

Anyway, several weeks later to last week, I discovered I had some redeemable VIP points with Casino Rewards in my Casino Classic account. I got $50 rewarded to my account. I played that up to over $400 and then my wager chasing did me in again! And lost it all. Ok, no biggie, it was no cash out of my pocket anyway but I didn't like having to waste all that time building it up. I've learned my lesson after reflecting on why I lost some money in the past few months since I've started playing.

Ok, I was surprised that I had $30 of redeemable money at Captain Cook's Casino too! So I've built that up to over $550 now.

Now I discover this Casino Rewards thread. I too have always encountered the "Our operators are busy" in live chat. I wanted to know if there are wagering requirements for redeemed VIP points. I can't find it anywhere on the website or in their software. I had no problem in my first cash-out with Casino Classic via Casino Rewards but now I'm wondering if I'm going to have problems with a cashout on this one where I've built my balance totally on the redeemed VIP points. I don't want to waste further time playing if I am going to have problems.

When you go to make a withdrawal it will tell you what part of your money is withdrawable and how much is bonus.

If its all in the withdrawable bucket, take it and run.

These f'ers owe me $200 which I'm sure I'll never get.

CASINO REWARDS ARE A BIG PROBLEM

I have been playing online for over two years. For the first 6 months I had no problems with any casino. Then I encountered the Casino Rewards group.
I REQUESTED NO DEPOSIT BONUSES BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT!

I kept recieving emails advising me that I had points available in my reward account.

I chatted with support to make sure they did not credit any deposit bonuses to my reward account.

THEY HAD. They told me that the system automatically credits deposit bonuses on the initial deposit and there was no way they could remove it.

So, I transfered the points and purposely lost the money to get rid of it.

Next time I went to play my accounts were locked and they called me a bonus abuser. PRETTY FUNNY SINCE I SENT EMAILS TO EACH CASINO I SIGNED UP AT STATING THAT I DID NOT WANT ANY DEPOSIT BONUSES!! And I never made a penny on the deposit bonus

They are the only playtech casinos I had trouble with. I always sent Playtech casinos emails requesting no deposit bonuses before depositing and playing. I also contacted support if they were available. I never had a problem anywhere else.

P.S. They never answer their email. I spoke with one employee on the phone who admitted that they have many complaints.

I NEVER PLAYED AT A CASINO REWARDS GROUP CASINO AGAIN AND NEVER WILL

i believe all of their casinos are microgaming rather than playtech.

My experience at Casino Rewards

I did the one hour $500 bankroll thing and got it up to $200. So I made a small deposit before I realized that it was 30x rollover with Blackjack counting only 10% towards rollover... ouch... not wanting to bet 60 dimes on blackjack to get a 200 bonus I decided to gamble with it and either lose my twenty or have a big cashout... I got it up to about $2000 by the time I cleared the rollover (playing casino war mainly, which only counted 50% to the rollover) Anyhow I requested a cashout of a thousand and the next day received a email saying that I needed to verify my cashout method or a check would be cut.. I did the required work and verified that I wanted the money sent to my neteller account... three or four days later I received the orginal $20 back in my neteller so I emailed asking when I would get the rest... I get an email saying that they cut me a check two days ago and would get it in approx. 2 weeks... after 3 emails and 2 phone call I'm told that now can tell I that I selected neteller as my withdraw method but, due to "a cashout glitch," my prefence was properly fowarded and if I wanted the money via that method I would have to wait two weeks for a hold to placed on the check and verify it was never cashed... At this point I'm starting to worry about if and when if I'm ever going to see my money... since I have basically no choice but to wait it out I verify that all future withdraws will go to my neteller account and then proceed to cash out the other 1000 out of my account... five days I still have nothing and spend the next two days repeatively trying to get ahold of support (no answers to email, voice mail when calling phone support (with no call back), and online support chat never works.) After two days of this fun stuff the grand hits my neteller account, and the check arrives the day after... I orginally planned to gamble some more with the other thousand but, after dealing (or most not dealing) with their support, this group will never see another dollar of my money... luckly I got 2 dimes out of them, on a $20 deposit, before having to deal with the cashout bs so I guess I got a some comp. for all the hassle ;-)

You may want to rethink keeping the $2,000.
1) Your bank will hold that check till it clears. If CR notices you cashed the check, they can quickly stop payment on it.
2) They can also file a dispute with Neteller to get their $1,000 back if #1 doesn't work. All they have to do is claim fraud.

herbie actually cashed out the entire $2,000, winbig.

That's the first $1000

That's the second $1000 and why he got $2000 total.

 *foot in mouth*

1) I need new glasses
2) Why don't more people use Paragraphs? Or at least find their 'enter' key every now and then...

I think you'll find that this is standard at a lot of Microgaming casinos now - for example Casino Action group, Grand Prive group, Thunderluck, CasinoUS, etc. It's the new 'EZ Bonus' and I believe that all Microgaming casinos will use this system soon.

E.g.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Oh well, there's always poker bonuses I guess :) I shall be brushing up on my $0.50/$1 limit :D

Nah, I still think there's a few more reputable casinos/groups out there that won't even think of touching these WR's. I wouldn't touch any of the casinos you mentioned - WR or not lol.. I'll give you 50-1 odds that 32red doesn't.

You wouldn't touch Casino Action? They're a top group!

I admit that I too would be surprised if 32Red switched.

Nonetheless, I will bet £50 at 50-1 that they do :)

Not as bad as it seems.

This new EZbonus 30x on slots and 300x on Blackjack is not as bad as it seems. The 30x is only counted on the BONUS and not the deposit. The good thing about this is that it puts 50% and 25% bonuses on the same value footing as 100% bonuses. In terms of the usual D+B WR, EZBonus is 15x on slots for a 100% match, and for a 50% match is only 10x D+B on slots. This is an improvement for many of the deposit match promotions, but it is less generous on no deposit bonuses (such as Casino Action wheel of cash and tournament prizes). Also, a cash-in is allowed at any time, as the bonus is earned bit by bit during play, so if you hit a nice win, and would rather not go for the rest of the WR, you can close the bonus contract early by forefeit of unearned bonus. Before, the whole WR had to be ground out, often with luck changing for the worse and early winnings lost back in the end.
The original EZbonus has no excluded games either, not even the EVIL Craps table! We should see an end to the "you played the wrong games" scenario. The two really evil games (from the casino's point of view), All Aces VP and Classic BJ, are treated to a monster 1500x playthrough of the bonus!!!!! (and you thought 300x was bad!).
With 300x on Blackjack, they can hardly blame us for using the $1 autoplay tactic any longer!

I like that. I have never understood why I should have to wager my own deposit. All that does is make people deposit as little as possible.

Due to this thread, I've uninstalled Classic Casino, Captain Cooks, and Phoenician casinios. Always got to do preventive and proactive action against the things these casinos like these do.

I know there is a lot of bad things said about this group. I admit I dont play at any of there casinos much these days but back in late August of 2005 I had lost over $800 (yeah I know stupid but I was playing on $1000 i won in a prepaid atm drawing) I called there support asking about a comp, I got $60, luck was finally on my side and that $60 become $6000.
I cashed in without any issues and received my check within a week and no fee for the fedex was taken out. So I guess in short it's just luck of the draw with this group, you can get a ton of issues or you will get your money without any issues.

They treated me well too, till I won that was - then their tune changed. Suddenly I had "not demonstrated a willingness to risk my own funds". Total BS, as even taking a deposit bonus with strings is taking a risk. CS also misled me by actively encouraging me to sign up at all the casinos, and said I could have all the sign up bonuses. They "forgot" to mention that these bonuses were for "display only" as I found my loyalty account had been quietly locked. I never did claim my bonus at Golden Tiger, as I found out before depositing the 500 required. Pretty silly of them, they should have locked my loyalty account AFTER I had deposited the 500.
Despite this, I got the better of them, winning some 800 and getting Kawanake to "investigate" - this had the desired effect and my account was unlocked. I understand that Kawanake are not as good as they were then though, and this is disappointing and has tarnished my view of them - I do hope they can rebuild their standing in the player community, as this industry must be the mainstay of their economy.

I recently lost a $1000 deposit there w/o a bonus attached. My VIP points are still locked for not "risking my own funds". How ya like them apples?

I have had my bonus frozen for about 6 months for the usual bonus abuse crap
excuse.

However I decided to try redeem it again today, and somehow it was not
frozen anymore. So I now have 50$ on my account at Golden Tiger.
If I can manage to withdraw them after wagering (if I dont bust) is another
matter though.

So maybe you should try check again.
