I made the lowest possible deposit on one of their casinos, $40. Worked that up to around $200. This was on friday. I asked about flushing and they didnt. It is 2 Business days wait. So I guess they start looking at it on tuesday then.

I also asked if I can send in passport, utilty bill etc now to speed up things. But that's not possible. I have to wait till their payout department is starting to processing it. Also sent an email 48h ago but no response.

So my question is, will they usually require players to send in documents for so small cashouts? I made deposit with moneybookers and cashout to moneybookers and no bonus was involved. If they usually require it, anyone have some email I can use to send it?

I was very drunk when I did my deposit at the casino so I can't say anything about why I played there, they are on my personal list of "never play casinos". Luckily only $40 at risk so no big deal.

Thanks for any help :)

There is a good chance you will be asked for an ID document and a recent utility bill, even though the amount is small. In the past, such small amounts back to an eWallet would often escape document requests, but the trend now is to always check up on a player, no matter how small the amount. If they are satisfied that Moneybookers checking is good enough, they may not do their own, but casinos are now reluctant to rely on Neteller and Moneybookers, and always seem to ask for documents.

I believe eCogra now requires an in-house document check by a member casino once withdrawals reach 1000 credits in total.

Casino Rewards are neither rogue nor accredited. For some they are more trouble than they are worth, but for others they are just as good, possibly even better, than some accredited casinos. They are eCogra members, and are licensed by Kahnawake. This is a pretty good combination when it comes to resolving a dispute.

Are they crooks? I will share my story. They sent me an email saying I was eligible for a $50 bonus on a $1 deposit. That was for Luxury casino where I already had an account. I deposited $10 by ecocard and within an hour they sent me a mail telling me they no longer accept players from my country and locked my account. No problem and I pm'ed Renee to have my ten bucks refunded. They said no as they could not refund back to ecocard. They told me to open a clickto pay account. For ten lousy bucks and even if I did how am I able to withdraw such a small amount? They made an error in sending me the promo and when I deposited the account was not locked yet so now that I have deposited they should refund back to the method I deposited. $10 is nothing but this is about the integrity of these people. I dont care if they dont accept me or give me the $50 bonus but they are crooks in not refunding me the money. What do you people think?

This is poor. You should complain to Kahnawake. I don't even believe this "can't refund to Ecocard" excuse either. If all else fails, what about sending you a check, or even posting you 10 bucks in cash.

It seems some casinos have got this mentality that Hong Kong players are suddenly a bunch of fraudsters, so have lumped them in with the ban on Chinese players. Hong Kong has ALWAYS been largely populated by the Chinese. It was a change of political status in 1997 that made Hong Kong officially Chinese, yet casinos were accepting Hong Kong players and not Chinese players for a while.

It may only be $10, but this is fraud. They sent the offer knowing that they didn't accept Hong Kong players, and had no proper means to refund them, therefore they obtained the $10 deposit by deception. This is pretty much the legal definition of a fraud.

It is also incompetence, as when they took the decision to boot out their Hong Kong players, they should have trawled their database and made sure all Hong Kong accounts were locked, whether currently active or not. If they had taken this step, then the mistake of sending out the promo would have done no real harm, as a recipient would have been unable to log in to deposit, and would then have found out they had been kicked out.

For an existing player, they have no excuse for not knowing where they reside.

This is why they are OK for some, whereas for others they are nothing but crooks. This sails pretty close to the line as it looks like a case of choosing who to treat well, and who to screw over. This is more or less how Virtual group operate, and why they are able to survive for so long.

At Casino Rewards they hate anybody withdraw any money. Deposit and lose, deposit and lose. Follow this pattern and you will never have any problems with them.

Why are you so concerned about docs when they haven't even asked for them yet?

Sorry, but it seems strange to start such a thread until they do...??

I'm not concerned at all. I just wanted to know if I could do anything to speed up the process like I always do when using a new casino. I found it strange they didnt offer me to verify in advance.

Anyways, they paid faster than I thought. 10min ago my cashout was in my moneybookers account.

No documents requested.

Hope it will be this fast when using bonuses aswell :)

Casino rewards continue to be ok with payouts.

They no longer hold the money for 2 business days. I requested a cashout on the weekend and already now monday morning it's in my moneybookers account. A much larger amount this time, and still no document requests. (But might be that I'm verified at some of there other 30 or so casinos long time ago... I dunno)

Still not touched any bonuses, maybe thats when I will encounter the problems I read about all over the web with this casino group.

They sent me an email offering $2000 no deposit a while back...way too good to be true so i done some research on them. Turns out the rave reviews are not in favour of this casino group, as soon as I started reading some of the player stories alarm bells started ringing and I ended up attempting to block them from sending me emails, as I said attempted...got another email today offering a $3k no deposit.

After a lot of what I have read this is one group I will avoid like the plague.

Cashed out 3000 at casino rewards, but my account was immediately locked!

I signed up at Virtual casino and got 10 euro bonus, I've made a withdrawel of 3000, after sending in the documents they asked for. But immediately after that my account was locked for bonus abuse? It was the first casino I ever signed up! I tried to open up another account at another casino from the same group, but they where all immediately locked. It has been about 3 years ago. Now I only play at 32Red, it's always good! Payouts very fast, I won 12000 euro in March and got them in my bankaccount the next day!
