Casino Rewards Locking Accounts?

I am getting reports that Casino Rewards group is locking accounts, even ones never playing autoplay or claiming a bonus. Has anyone had this experience here lately? Perhaps its part of the meshing of the groups, but no communication is a bad idea.

I had my two CasinoRewards accounts locked last night. Each one was locked while I was playing, mid-hand. I have no idea why my accounts were locked, one I have never cashed any money out and the other if I have ever cashed out it was back in 2001! I had also made deposits to both last night and am awaiting a reply as to how to withdraw the money that is in my accounts.
