And they are here:
http://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos-reviews/casino-rewards/

They score on average 8 - 8.1. Licensed in Kahnawake, UKGC, and Denmark. These are Microgaming downloadable casinos, well managed, and some have been around for donkey years. It's nice seeing some of my old favorites like Captain Cooks, Casino Kingdom, and Music Hall casino - brings back memories. :D

i gotta say i dont understand why they score so high with all the locking rewards points business,
because they have some of reputable and downloadable casinos and they are one of the best groups

how Bryan said: they have some old and good casinos, online since many years

If you comply with their terms you will never have any problems but if you play all the time only with bonuses or without risk your own money or deposit, then you will have problems over the time.

Casinos not exist to give you all the time bonuses or free money, they give you bonuses and rewards for your deposits and your play. (but fair enough i must also say that not all casinos doing in this way)

You must find the right mix of your play what means deposits playing with and without bonuses.

That's what i can recommand you and based on own experiences.

Accounts locked will always have a reason and you must find out what the reason exactly is.

I know that not all users can confirm with their interpret of terms, all what this group expect from customers is fair play, nothing more.

In all the years i'm doing online (and that is many years) never had problems regarding this group.

Opinions about Casino Rewards are different and this one is based on my own, just to say.

Must admit, they certainly seem ok (I played at Luxury Casino). Only downside was the marketing side of things - especially as I have temporarily excluded myself a couple of months back (too many open accounts at casinos) and today received a marketing telephone call and VIP card through in the post. Thought the e-mails, calls and post should have stopped if excluded and I have always been careful to untick/tick boxes opting out of promotional communications.

I must say I've deposited and played CR for years, before I was a CM member even. I'm certainly not ahead, and I know I've rarely played without a bonus.

The past few years support has greatly improved. I've had a lot of freebies too, and quite often high percentage matches.

Bonus terms are pretty straight forward, max bet is a reasonable 25% of bonus.

The only time I get a phone call is if they have placed free money in my account. Of course they inform me of a match bonus available to me as well.

If you are okay with a longer pending period, and waiting a few minutes for bonuses to be applied, I consider them a very good group, and I'm happy to see them accredited. I've never needed the rep's help, but Renee has always been responsive quickly to players.

I take back part of my above comment - having chatted to Renee via pm and e-mail it seems the spam was not generated by Casino Rewards.

Thank you Renee for going the extra in helping out.

I was a die hard Music Hall fan. Just loved my VIP host. But I stopped playing for a couple of years and went to VPL,when I started up playing again........Now Im divorcing them and going with Video slots :p. Good choice in bringing them back.
* Maybe they can work on that 48hour pending period?

Renee is a class act. My advice to anyone complaining about the spam is obvious. PM Renee. She will fix it, if you are prepared to meet her halfway
and forward a couple of these spam e-mails. She certainly passes Bryan's "walk and chew gum" test.

CasinoRewards spams dead people

tl;dr if you play in any of their casinos, expect spam even after your death.

Yea yea. So
- you register in any of their gazillion casinos
- ask to be removed from their mailling lists
- you receive the first spams (sms, paper mail, e-mail), that's ok because they said it could take a week to update
- spam keep coming
- you close accounts
- spam keep coming
- you die

- to which their reply is

- guess what's in your paper mailbox next ?

- let's not even mention the uninterrupted 10 daily e-mails

I'll take back my post if CR wires me a 5 figures sum (which is really really cheap).

If they don't want to, let's just hope they'll lose a lot more :))

^^ Understand your frustration Anne.

I kept getting the emails too even when after unsubscribing online dozens of times. One PM to Renee, their rep here at CM, and it all stopped, thankfully.

They are not alone, pretty much all MG groups are doing the same.

- Lucky247 - took me over 1 year to get off their list and similarly to CR i had to PM their rep to get it finally done
- GoWild/WJ - unsubscribed online a few times some weeks ago and it took quite a while but it has stopped now too.

My inbox and especially my spam folders are suddenly pretty clean :D

Are you trying to be funny or what? :what: You're not. And cookscasino.com is an affiliate site as far as I know - not captaincookscasino.com

The customer service rep acted sincerely and professionally. You on the other hand are acting like a dick.

And the picture of the "greedy jew" WTF? That's right out of Third Reich Germany.

Take a hike. Banned for being a PITA and a troll.

Outside of the hate issues, the URL is confusing, and CR really should be doing what you do to address interlopers like that aussiecasinomeister jerk. If players and spam recipients are regarding cookscasino.com as the CR owned captaincooks casino, then CR are going to get the blame for all the actions this affiliate is doing, especially if this affiliate appears to have the players' personal details to hand, such as being able to address them by name rather than "dear player" or "valued customer".

+ full adress! I received the same letter yesterday, not via email but via snailmail to my home adress. Havent played at CR for years. And they really make it look like its coming directly from CR. With a photo of a guy holding a big Casino Rewards cheque.

They are clearly impersonating CR, so of course CR are going to be blamed for sending these out, especially when it causes distress such as sending such a promo to the relatives at the address of a deceased player.

Although names and addresses can easily be harvested from public sources, the information that a given person living there gambles online is NOT something that can be gleaned legitimately, someone has leaked or sold personal data that connects the person with online gambling in order to target their marketing.

However, in order to prove beyond reasonable doubt that CR are directly involved, the mailings would need to quote information that ONLY CR could possibly know, such as your account number at one of their casinos. I get snail mail promos direct from CR, and the way to tell them apart from rogue affiliates is that they always quote the "last played" casino in their group as of the time the promo was prepared.

Where CR are at fault is in letting the affiliates get away with this kind of deception, even though they must know recipients are deliberately being lead to believe the mailings are coming direct from the casino marketing teams. This makes them vulnerable to the backlash when these affiliates cross the line and then go so far beyond it that recipients do more than simply rip it up and throw it in the bin. Sending marketing to the addresses of long (as in long after all the proper notifications have been given) deceased people is one of the big taboos that has landed many a big faceless corporation down the path of national vilification in the media, and even action from the authorities on the basis of "causing distress" to the relatives left behind. At best, it's a heap of negative PR for the company to deal with. At worst, it's a formal investigation from the ICO into the internal data acquisition and processing at the company.
