I think their bonus system itself is the problem.

They let the players accumulate the rewardpoints but they hate when you do it.

I am ahead at CR and never got bonus banned or got my points locked. The reason is pretty simple: I have never ever accumulated those points. I always use them for what

they are supposed to: Use the points as a deposit bonus, redeem them into the account where I deposited for the offer and tie the triggering deposit in wagering

requirement. I am very sure that this accumulation-stuff is the reason for the most players being bonus banned and not because somebody is ahead or s.th. like that. Using

the points as cashback instead of a deposit bonus will get you in trouble sooner or later (at the very latest when you are ahead).
Why does CR allow accumulation?

Nobody knows....

Just to add: I never make straight deposits at CR ;)

Well it's back because I play there occassionaly and they keep on sending me promos. Is this Casino Rewards Group? You can see Vegas Joker on the top right.

If I try to access Vegas7 and Vegas Joker via Google I am forwarded to LuxuryCasino. Strange that they use these non-existant Casinos to promote bonusses.

Is there your CR account information at the bottom of the email?

Signed up today and my comments are:

(1) The download client is very stable compared to 32red
(2) I had to wait about 15 minutes for the welcome bonus to be added. Don't understand why it can't be added immediately?
(3) Had the first spam email already - not needed thank you very much so have unsubscribed and deleted the casino from my computer
(4) Mail, E-mail, Phone spam continued.


(5) You can never get rid of all their spam,

but can greatly reduce by letting them know that the owner of the account(s) died.

CR is of the DEVIL.

Vegas Joker exists as I play there. Here is a screenshot.

I couldnt find anything about Vegas Joker. But I managed to download it directly by putting "vegasjoker.exe" as filename in the downloadlink of another CR casino....

I got bonus banned, and lied to by live chat.
Despite what others said earlier in the thread I got spammed by them directly, not an affiliate.

I only opened my account a few months ago, got a VIP card through the door last week, saying £10 no deposit bonus and 100% match offer. So logged in and entered the code, no deposit bonus, so I got onto live chat who told me they were in the points, and to redeem them. I got the 'suspended' message, to which live chat said I needed to deposit then they would be released within a few hours.

So I did, they weren't. Live chat said try another deposit and they should be available shortly. I did, they weren't.

So they actually posted me out a bonus offer, but refused to let me use it, then lied in chat about it.

After a long argument and having to go back onto live chat at a later point, I finally got my account closed, as I refuse to play at casinos who try to con you into depositing, or lie. I had £43 of points, and after reading earlier that someone has made 70 deposits and still not able to claim them, glad I got out when I did.

Judging from my experience I don't think they should be accredited.

On the up side, they did pay out, after the 48 hour pending period, well it was actually about 5 days for me as there was a weekend, but no complaints about that.

Yep. I got caught out by that trick myself. I get suspended without knowing about it (after a withdrawal triggered the suspension as it put me into lifetime profit), then get a VIP letter through the door. Naturally, I chose to participate in the offer. And ONLY after the deposit was made did I find out my bonus points would not be redeemable. I wasn't happy. A bit of TRANSPARENCY goes a long way. CR unfortunately, have on too many occasions, been guilty of "baiting and switching". And yet when you ask live chat (who in fairness are nearly always pretty good and helpful as well), the response you get is just a load of scripted BS. You're left feeling like you are talking to a robot, not a human being.

It's a pity they can be so petty about the points redemption issue. It's almost like they have over-compensated in their attempts to combat multi-accounting fraudsters. To the extent that they are happy to alienate genuine customers. One has to wonder just how rife the multi-accounting fraud was for them to act the way they have.

To suggest that Bryan is in any way influenced by money when it comes to Accredited casinos is a total insult and shows a total lack of understanding of what this site has been all about for the last 18 years.
You're new here, but if you'd been here a bit longer, maybe you would know what his ethics are.

So I unsubscribed for all email correspondence from the casino.

Some 5 hours after I did this, I received the deposit receipt. Whilst I expected that deposit receipt to receive almost immediately after the deposit and not 6 hours after, I would have thought that unsubscribing would have prevented from it being delivered?

Perhaps something for the casino to look into.

I have played at different CR casinos many years ago.
Barely remember any of it.

With this new CR Baptism by Fire i decided to try 1 of them again.
Checked with CR CS if i had any old accounts at Golden Reef Casino & i didnt, so i signed up & deposited 50Euro & was told i was going the get the 100% welcome/signup bonus.
I talked with 2 CS about it.

I didnt get it yesterday & didnt get it today.
I contacted CS today & i got this from them:

I think there is a simple solution to this bonus problem which seems to be the main player dis-satisfaction.

Any player wishing to accept/take a bonus when depositing should have the bonus automatically credited upon deposit, thus tying the players funds in until WR is completed in full.

A genuine bonus player will know what they are 'getting into' and it will stop or at least reduce bonus abuse and all these 'CR points suspension' posts (yes I am one of them!)

Many other MG only casinos which operate the same software / similar offers to CR run their bonus systems successfully as do many multi-provider casinos.

I don't have a problem with any casino bonus banning me, as long as its a transparent process. A bonus to me is a perk, sometimes I take them, sometimes I don't, sometimes I am offered them, sometimes I'm not.

What I can't accept is being lied to, and offered targeted bonuses when you are already bonus banned, then tempted to deposit by customer service staff saying 'just deposit and you will have the bonus soon' type of things.

Its a complaint that has been mentioned more than once on the thread, it is underhand, dishonest, and I seriously hope they are not accredited due to this.

The rep of the casino has been in touch with me and has now unsubscribed me from all emails. Not sure what happened but I was sure I unsubscribed from all correspondence, but their system didn't reflect this. Hopefully all we be good from now on.
