I am happy to announce that the Casino Rewards group of casinos is joining the Accredited section. So this is 29 downloadable Microgaming casinos - all of which are licensed in Kahnawake - which is probably the most responsive and responsible licensing jurisdictions out there. Complaints for this massive group of casinos have been pretty much nil over the past few years. The only thing that we deal with is the occasional fraudster.

The reason the CR group wasn't listed here is that they have a policy f not posting in the fora which disqualified them from being accredited. But even so, they have a very active casino rep who deals with player issues privately via PM. And she can walk and talk and chew gum at the same time - so that's good enough for me.

Here is a list of their casinos - take your pick:

Have they dealt with their spam problems? Eventhough it is/was probably affiliates who sent it out I still think it's up to casinorewards to get rid of those spammy affiliates.

If I were to vote I'd definitely say no. The sheer number of casinos under the umbrella screams out quantity over quality.

I am fed up from getting bombarded by their emails. Zodiac casino's almost daily emails are about as welcome as a fart in a space suit.

    CR accredited, good joke

Edit: I must confess, that i haven´t played there for years because of the massive spam and bad reputation.
But if they pay without hassles, it could (!) be acceptable to list them and it would (!) not make the accredition list worthless.

Had a feeling this thread would start off seeing negatives before positives.

However surely knowing your in safe hands and will get paid (yes they have a PP) is what it is all about.

Don't play very often there these days but boy did I used to play these heavy. Never did I encounter ANY problems, always got my bonus, always got paid, never any game/technical errors, all good from where I am sitting.

Trouble is the harder to please are going to pick up on the downsides, including the 48 Hour PP, the spam as mentioned, the fact that its a MG download client (which I've heard referred to as many things 'old') and awful slow payout times (due to the PP)

More good than negative IMO and I do trust CR but I think we can prepare for quite a roller coaster ride in this thread!

I dont play with this casino but I did sign up for one years ago.

I dont think I should be getting spammed from 20 different casinos non stop.

I think they need to address this issue and fix it

The rep is great, Renee pmd me about a UKGC matter off her own bat and helped me out. I remember that and appreciate it.

As for the casinos well I have never heard of a no or slow pay from them, and that's the most important thing. They need to stop sending offers to people who cant use them. That's dodgy.

I remember reading a rumour a few years back from an affiliate who will go nameless that its Microgaming themselves who own the casino rewards group, I wonder if that is true.

Certainly I remember one time clearly, having opened a new email address and signed up to one sole microgaming download casino, a VPL one, on it I mysteriously started receiving casino rewards spam a short while later

Not true - CR is separately owned. Like the Vegas Partner Lounge group, GoWild, and 32Red (public).

Pleased to hear Casino Rewards have been fast tracked. This is the only brand of casinos I high-roll at because I know that I will be paid without any funny business.

I do have one question however, half of the casinos listed above forward to Luxury Casino. This has only started happening recently even though they are fully UK licensed. Any reason?

It might be a little difficult to discuss things in the BBF while the rep sees herself unable to respond. Especially during BBF she should be publicly responding. It's an established brand and has no teething problems but it's still nice to see the rep answering publicly.

I play at Quatro Casino regularly, they are the only downloaded Microgaming casino I play at (due to 32Red and 7Sultans stopped serving my country).

Only have two issues with them:

    1. Not the fastest with cashouts (2 days pending period)
    2. Even though I can select the withdrawal method they will decide which method they will use. For example I had 1000 USD which 300 was paid back to my credit card (even though I have not used it for months) and 700 went to my Skrill (my selection for the whole amount).
